There are a lot of features from the original XperiaT that is better than the XperiaT3. So I don't know if this will really be an upgrade for me.

AnonD-71308, 03 Jun 2014And even a year later, they still can't make a better midra... moreOr a better small phone, than Xperia M.
Xperia M was a good (and good sized) phone, only 2 things I didn't buy, was the poor 5MP camera, and the poor quality TFT. Now, we have M2, and that's a Phablet. I hate phablets.

my xperia sp is awesome. the problem with the Sony xperia is that using a same specification for several phones and avoiding launch of more phones are necessary and please trees to launch a better design

Too many similar specs. A mid-ranger with 2GB RAM is needed and expected.

I am a Sony fan and I recently got a Xperia ZR and love it much.
But this T3 is not that different from T2 and it is just an update on the screen size. So why is Sony going for this method of releasing phones without the practical usage??
Looking at the specs i find nothing special. Still running Adreno 305 and lower or midrange model. Waste of time with these guys. And soon Sony is going to lose the market if they keep doing this. Feeling sad! :(

this looks like a bigger version of M2 with IPS screen. Too big for me.
I have M2 and it's a great phone except for the crappy camera.

AnonD-202017, 03 Jun 2014xperia e1 dualAre you kidding me??
I said a "a phone like this". I meant (and I want) HD display, at least 8 MP camera, S400 Android 4.4, etc.
And no, nothing special in this wish list, this is a midrange specification.
I dont want a high end phone in small form factor. I want a midrange, yet usabel phone from Sony, under 4 inches.
And you said Xperia E1???
Xperia E1 is a crap. Bad display, ultra bad (3,15MP) camera, WITHOUT LED!!!!
And you dare to compare that crap to this phone??? Nonsense!!!

It is like the Sony Xperia T2 Ultra. The specs on the T2 Ultra are shrunken into smaller. I expected a better phone because Xperia T3 is the successor of the Xperia T2... Here are some disadvantages and advantages of the Sony Xperia T3:
Screen: 5.3 inches over 6 inches
Display: 277 over 244
Multitouch: 4 over 10
Camera: 13MP over 8MP
OS: 4.4 vs 4.3
Battery: 2500MAH vs 3000MAH
Price:
(Sony Xperia T3 should be cheaper) vs 18,000 PHP in the philippines

I wonder what will be its price in India,
no dual sim, smaller screen, low camera, less BATTERY than T2 but has steel frame..
Confusion everywhere ;-(

AnonD-266770, 03 Jun 2014What's happening to Sony. I mean these are outdated specs. ... moreIt's marketing tactic... sadly, nowadays flooding the market is the most efficient way to confuse buyer and buy their product
