Geek, 07 Oct 2012Guys, check out huawei ascend G300 or 330 for better specs ... moreI have yet to find a working device from huawei, suffered a lot with their 3G USB modems, it a brand i stay far away from, although they are better than other chinese phones quality wise, but that doesnt mean huawei has acceptable quality, it says more about how bad the other china phones are.
China manuactured products are good when the mother company is not chinese, but let china do the engineering and quality management themselves and bad stuff will come out.

Its a good starting smartphone than galexy Y, and we get more from ICS OS

Oh Come on there are hundreds if not thousands of android phones in the market and devices with JB OS is mere one or two. May be the techno savy geek in you got irked by my choice of word - latest and I should have used Uptodate. Point taken that JB is the latest OS developed but still its not in the market yet.You must know android updates are hard to come by, makers take many months even if they do update their devices. ICS is the OS update available for most of the devices now. For JB it'll take time, not less than 6 months to be in vogue across all manufacturers.

[deleted post]Advantages and disadvantages, its hard to say without getting into details. And, it must be compared to other phones at this price, and then it doesnt have much comnpetition, the specs are good for the price.
Advantages:
-Ok resolution, at least its not 240x320.
-The processor is ARMv7, although not the fastest type.
-Android 4.0.4
Disadvantages:
-Sometimes not register touch.
The rest (lcd with poor colors and so on) is not an issue at this price.

Tipo has worst battery backup ............not even 4 hours stand by with 3G network in India.......THUMBS DOWN SONY

Agreed Jelly Bean is the latest devel... moreI guess I no longer need to name those devices. Since they already named it. Unless your too lazy to scroll down. Even reviewers are saying that ICS are upto date but not latest. Instead or arguing with me, why don't you just shut up and wait for words from Sony wheather this device will be updated to Jelly Bean or not.
Just don't give false information next time. And if your thinking that it takes time to release an update to Jellybean, I hardly beliece it. Galaxy Chat is announced to have Jelly Bean several weeks after it is released. So if Sony plans to release Jelly Bean for this phone, they sure are taking a while.
