no flash:(,ram super:),camera clarity low:(,lightweight:),4.0.3 wow,screen can be 3.5", worth of buying @9200

I got my phone yesterday
below is my review
pros:
1) Good battery back up.lasts 1 day after heavy gaming,internet,music etc.
2) Play 3d game smoothly temple run,angry bird space work good
3)Loud speaker is good .
4) 3 gb internal
5)ICS
6) Good build quality,looks good in hand.
cons:
1)Ear phone sound is pathetic not expect from sony like this .plz sony improve sound quality in ear phone for this
2) Camera is ok in day light but not as much good.
3)Touch is responsive but not better than samsung
touch.
Overall phone looks good in this price range.But if u put some more money can get xperia U which is quite good.

U r right its not upto our expectations. Any way its far better than MH410c. Basically i felt that some degradation in sound while plying music in earphones n also sony not concentrated on low frequency(Bass) signals in Tipo. Overall music experience is good for normal users except bass lovers.If u want to use tipo, its better to use with MH650c or higher versions,

first time smartphone users please don't say that the battery backup is bad. you people are used to charging your phones once every 3-4 days. no smartphone in the world will give you that kind of battery backup if you use it even for just calls and messages except the razr maxx. all of you debating about the speaker loudness should know that an entry level smartphone will not give the kind of loudness you are used to getting in your feature phones. want a loud speaker? go for the lww.

Earphone was good. But the phone speaker was not so loud i tested to use continuously the phone by browsing using 3g it lasted 6hours but a lot of apps was running at the same time. The sreen also consume too much battery..

and this is the reason why india is moving away from eu to usa norms.earlier phones were based on eu 2.0 w/kg avg 10 gm. now it is moving to more strict 1.6 w/kg avg 1gm from 1st sept. all devices after 1st sept will be based on 1.6 w/kg avg 1gm. phones already released with 2.0 w/kg avg 10 gm will continue to exist till 2013

wow guys i found out a shocking revelation here and i understand SAR more now , since i was the one who took it to sony mobile. let me explain in simple words . there are 2 standards for measuring SAR i is EU and one is US. the US checking is done by FCC and Eu is done by europen associations. ok the limits are
for US - it is 1.6 w/kg averaged over 1gm
and for EU - it is 2.0 w/kg averaged over 10gm.
look at the difference between averaging 1gm vs 10gm. this is the main thing rather than the value . why ?
USA is very strict as you all know. it has the most strict norms then other countries so check diff between us and eu
lets take an example - phone 1 has eu rating of 1w/kg avg 10gm and other phone has us rating of 1.4 w/kg avg 1gm.
which has higher sar ? it is phone 1 that has higher sar . if you convert avg of 10gm into 1gm . it becomes twice or thrice the amount meaning . phone 1 has approx 2 w/kg avg over 1 gm.
meaning if tipo has 1.62 w/kg avg over 10 gm it means approx 3.22 w/kg of SAR avg 1 gm of tissue . and limit in us is 1.6 w/kg avg 1gm . that is why most cell phones dont have eu rating of more than 0.8 . so eu .8 becomes 1.6 of usa .
To put it another way, an SAR of 2 W/Kg averaged over 10g is approximately equivalent to an SAR of 4-6 W/Kg average over 1g.

i am not trolling here just sharing what i have cme to know, so dont take it in a bad way. and also i wold like to share that there are controversial studies of sar some say it is dangerous some say it is not. also in reality phones operate at a very low level than SAR rating. also using handsfree and loudspeaker reduces 80 % of risk from SAR.

AnonD-71404, 20 Sep 2012hi tipo ownners please confirm how is the sound quality in ... morei think ur headset is omtp type because it can be used on ur n85 but in tipo it does not work perfectly,search other headset with ctia type not the omtp ones because sony used the new standard headset type likes ctia type,omtp is old type of 3,5mm jack,on my country,headset included in tipo have really good sound quality,the type of that headset is mh410c,whats type on your country rish?to everyone who still doubt tipo can play hd games,dont doubt about it because many tipo users in indonesia can play hd games in their tipo likes pes2012,fifa2012,gta3,amazing spiderman,deadtrigger,and etc,forget about other phone in this price,because in this price only tipo will surely get jellybean among the other smartphone

hi tipo ownners please confirm how is the sound quality in earphones. to remind you once again when i took my loud and heavy bass headphones with me to showroom to test , i found out that the volume was low in earphones, though the sound quality was clear and good but it was low on volume in earphones . do you also feel this ?

harsh, 20 Sep 2012battery is not very good ......... poor battery backupr res... moreI disagree. It can last many hours continuous gaming with brightnesss set to high, not many phones i had could do much better. But i will not say it has very good battery time, this screen is power hungry, i checked my battery usage now and screen accounts for 53%.
When talking battery life we have to compare to other smartphones, and then i dont have any complaints about Tipo's battery.

Anonymous, 20 Sep 2012on qvga it may do but adreno 205 of course it will and high... moreabsolutely right. adreno 205 is very good. if anyone has a higher budget then the lww will be the best choice especially because of the ics fix. the miro is a complete letdown bcoz of its current price.
