For some reason, Sony is being consistent to make android phones with at least HVGA (320x480) screen, even for cheap ones like this so they must cut everything else (Not that I know about the price, it's not out yet but let's presume this will be a low priced phone)

Ics does NOT need high speeds! I installed ics on a 2 year old x10 mini and was running very smoothly!

ICS running HTC desire C has 600 MHz cpu. This Tipo (sorry) will be lightning fast next to desire C.

800mhz in ICS? this phone is slow, ICS needs high specs. huh! lots of bugs just like the experia mini, the heat issues, so dont expect to much coz low specs
