AnonD-93679, 29 Jan 2013You really have no idea what you just said, aren't you? ICS... moresmooth?! but what about camera smoothness in very low light, or how you pretend 100% connection when i bet you don't have an laptop hotspot wi-fi (conversion from lan to wi-fi), and noise cancellation?!...those important facts are screwd up by this upgrade...just worthless!

on android forums is XperiaU_ICS4.0.4_nu.ftf french version, that i have been tested those past days...CRAP! only to say it's great and other makes you to be only a fanatic gamer...yes! i am not a gamer...but if you believe just to have ice cream for play tendincies...just cool!

the only best option for it, tested by me as like camera, wi-fi, gps, play to music without interruption, using bluetooth, and great facebook and skype chat is : GENERIC WORLD no indi, no cz, no nothing on the .ftf composing and be sure that the generic firmware you flash is over 500mb not less...

store apps can adjust at least 90% of all options found on 2.3.7

if not...just root it, and do whatever you want with it, of course if you have enough money to buy another one...

mr., 29 Jan 2013As how bad was implemented ice cream...no way jelly bean co... moreYou really have no idea what you just said, aren't you? ICS is far more better in every way than GB... I mean wtf, I am using ICS and it's faster, smoother, there are no lags, better ram (almost never under 110MB), I've upgraded to C.1.10 and there are no bugs at all... It runs perfectly

So, grow up and stop bitching around just cause you're too lazy or too noob to search for solution for your problem instead you are crying here...

Haven't you think about that the problem might be in you? That you're doing something wrong... Cause there are many people with perfectly fine ICS that would say the opposite of what you said.

And personally I'm tired of this kind of wanna-be-haters that have never touched a PC before and suddenly they are some kind of expert critics about things they don't know how to use...

but for most, who spend precious money on it, and care for its warranty, those are just a waste of imagination, really...for beginners and non-teaked roms it's just an outstanding howl...

it's just too good on 2.3.7 with juice defender and fast reboot, to all its minor cons....

Actually, the ICS is pretty good, it just needs a bit of tweaking.Using C.10 atm and after I have removed all the resource hungry system apps, its simply amazingly fast.

Make sure you get rid of Facebook, Timescspe and GMaps.

Also the battery is insainly good. With moderate to heavy usage, it lasts for 3+ days (get smartassv2 gov and deadline sched).Activate the Extended Standby too.

Also the user accesible mem can be increased to 6GB + 1GB for apps + 1GB for OS.But thats not safe for most users.

i think jelly bean with processor 1 Ghz & 512 RAM will make the phone lagging too much so ICS is better and GB is the best :) that's my opinion
