i bought dis phn one week ago.. m unable to install whatsapp in it. the version of whatsapp available in it is very old & also i want to upgrade its android from v2 to v4.. plzzzz assist me.. :(

Greatest value for money, got one in SM Marilao for only 10290 phil pesos. For those who really need card slot, the Galaxy Ace 2 cost only 1,000 pesos more.
Dont waste money on any cheaper phones, they are not powerful enough, this is the cheapest dual core that is not china brand.

hey guys!! i have been using this phone for the past two weeks.. the phone is superb.. the best quality of the phone is the display.. it is awesome with sharp colours and superb contrast.. as usual for a sony phone, the sound quality is superb and it is loud enough for normal usage.. the camera is good and takes decent pictures... the only drawback is the battery back up.. it barely lasts for a day even with moderate usage... so if u are a heavy user and are looking for a phone with an excellent battery please look elsewhere... and regarding the memory, 8 gb (4 gb for media + 2gb for apps) is enough for me so its not a problem.. if 4 gb for media is enough then anyone can buy this phone.. and 2 gb for applications is more than enough.. u also get cloud storage worth 50gb free if u purchase the phone before 31 dec 2012.
i have updated to ICS today... it is so far so good... havent experienced any lags and it is not much different when compared to gingerbread.. i will look at the battery life with ICS running and update soon abt it

I would like to say about this phone in one word "Fantastic " .Looking so good .Well configurations of this phone is excellent and value for the money (15 K ).If any one would like to buy android in sony go for it.

We all know that sony has one of the most outstanding quality in terms of video and camera so why have to worry go ahead and grab it ;)

I cannt connect to google account for google play. It says it cannt establish a reliable data connection, I have tried factory reset,Clear catch from app manager, tried over WiFi without SIM. All of above failed. What can I do now? Pls help me.

I prefer to use the T9 (classic keypad) in portrait, which works well for me. It would be frustrating if that was not an option. If you have more slender fingers it might not be an issue though.
