Stunning phone...
No Hangs and No slow...
Without expandable memory it has total 8 GB (5GB free space and 3 GB for OS)...
Only problem Is camera clarity not so good..

am use one month nice mobile ics performance is superb cam clarity not equal (sony Ericsson w20 zylo 3.5 mp) this mobi is not for heavy mobile user like game otherwise the mobile rich looks, android other mobile cont comper this performance so my rating is 4.5/5

i want to buy xperia u. i only expect performance from this phone. i'm confused by seeing many users reporting this phone lags much. shall i go for it? because i'm buying this to develop a huge gaming like application on android based on wifi for my college final year project. shall i go for this? pls reply.

I have owned one for a year now... have upgraded to 4.0 ICS. Great display but this dual core only speedy if you keep installed apps and customization to bare minimum. I have uninstalled Go Locker, Handcent Msg, exDialer, etc., etc., because response was abysmal. But once reset back to stock ICS 4.0 setup, it performs quick enough. I have only 388 MB of RAM free at any time and it's almost always being used.

Hello Guys,Who want ot update this phone to ICS but u dont know how.Go to http://www.sonymobile.com/glob...fware/phone/ then click sofware, then click "ur phone" then click "Check for update" (But u must Get Java) Then something come up click "allow",then conect ur USB to PC or Laptop.Wait and click "update",Then wait and plug off ur USB From PC or Laptop.Ur phone will Power Off Shutting down,Wait and ur phone will restart,wait and something come up from ur phone then scrolled down the "click it",Then click "Download",then clik "ready for install" Then click "install" and "install",then ur phone will power off shutting down,ur phone will restart and "DONE"
