XPERIA U users!!!
I found a very useful and fashionated app for this phone, the "MOBO PLAYER". It support all format of videos and the most interesting about this app is the pop-up player which mean you will have the floating video app so you can watch video while texting or whatever just like the galaxy s3 pop-up video player!!!

yesterday I bought this phone and in my opinion
its an awsome device. U cannot find any other smartphone
in this price range.

After upgrade to ICS the performance is so dissapointing, very slugish...
The Ginger Bread is FAR BETTER for this phone.
I wish there is a way back to get the stock ROM, which SONY says imposible...

If you google the number with "ics" or whatever, you'll probably find many forum threads with people asking when it'll be released.

Sony xperia u is the best phone. My cousin uses it. I own Samsung galaxy ace 2 which is worth less when compared to xperia u.
Icecream sandwich update is awesome.
Even I'm going get this phone.
Sony smartphones are really better than Samsung.
Sony, all the best to u guys, lead smartphone market with these superb devices.

yeah guess updating it to ICS will increase the battery backup.
also try out a different data service provider as at times, google play takes forever to load.
thanks for clearing my doubts on the RAM availability.

is 4gb enough for this phone ? theres no micro sd slot , do android have any apps that use to expand memory
