Finally a good smart phone revealed by sony the only drawback is 8GB internal memory oly , other than this a much worthier than other smart phone which are in higher cost released by SONY.

It is quite likely that at some point Sony will release a direct successor to the Xperia U, which could be reasonably assumed to have more memory (both RAM and flash) with a similar form factor and feature set, but AFAIK it's not been announced yet.

SAR value is 1.62 w/kgs ok is 1kg=1.62 so mobile wight is 110 gs ( ex.notexsactly ) so =0.0147 its right ? i dont no plz explain it !!!!!!!

a) It's NOT radioactivity (no radioisotopes involved)
b) FCC SAR is 1.09 not 1.62 (limit 1.6) as commonly misquoted
c) International SAR is 1.22 (limit 2.0)
People seem incapable of getting that 1.62 would NOT pass FCC testing and would be ILLEGAL to sell. I have read the FCC SAR report several times in considerable detail, and this figure appears to be a complete fiction.
It's a shame this site is one of those misquoting the values, but c'est la vie.
Bored with arguing the point on this. Buy another phone if you really still believe it's dangerous. Your loss.

sira, 17 Oct 2012thanks buddy hw to upgrade to ics To upgrade ur phone to the ICS connect it to ur computer via usb, open pc companion. It will automatically show u that an update is available. After that just follow the steps as shown.
