Read it well.FCC has on SAR testing lab.they get it done by private agencies.
FCC norms used so far were made in 1996 and never amended except for a proposed(but not applied)amendment in 2003.
There is a huge diffedrence between SAR 1.62w/kg per 1g average vol and SAR 1.62w/kg per 10 g average vol.
The higher the SAR the more dangerous it is.
Recentlly some govts are trying to relax mobile radiation rules which is not recommended by scientists.

"The Xperia U has 8GB of built-in flash memory, and is not internally expandable. Of that, 4GB is available via USB (MTP protocol) for music, video, images etc. 2GB is reserved for phone storage, such as text messages and some applications - many applications are able also to use the main 4GB area. The remaining 2GB is hidden and used exclusively by the Android operating system. So the total memory available to users is 6GB, though only 4GB of that is directly accessible."

This phone don't have a card slot. And its internal memory is 8GB (4GB is user accessible) And in the Sony's website I saw Flash Memory: 8GB eMMC. (http://j.mp/TYtmxB) What is this? Well, I'm confuesd. So, your phone's total user accessible memory is 12GB (4GB Internal and 8GB Flash memory) OR JUST 4GB Internal? Thanks. :)
