A very nice phone with good camera quality and wounder full screen display with mobile bravia engine and mail-400 gpu.This is one of the best phones that sony has made.

is this phone worth to buy? i have xperia ray, but android 4.0.4 makes ray laggy, even just pops up keyboard takes around 1 sec.

Volume is feeble on xu and it only has one speaker compared to lives dual speakers which are so loud! Also xu screen is so narrow compared to lives making it awkward to use. With ics lives adreno 205 go up from around 16fps to over 40fps on nenamark 2. Only thing better with U is screen ppi 280 v 190, dual core and better design! No micro sd means limited game storage. Who wants to walk around with external pendrive -lol! Also compare the two blogs and you will see that xu is unreliable and poor battery life. Xu needs bigger battery to cope with the bravia engine. Also considering xu has mali 400gpu its poor! Compare mali 400 in other phones and you will see the results for yourself! That said its marginally better than live and puts galaxy ace 2/plus to shame. Xu does have clear bass etc but makes poor use of it due to feeble amp in the phone! Basically xu is more of a looker than a sheer performer. It nearly had me fooled because I like the look of it. Only after investigating did I get put off from buying it!

dual core processor mali400 n usb otg wid dlna
no one gives such things in 16k dat too wid a sleek light wich can b used as notification light too...

2gb for all ur apps to install( lik internal memory)
2gb for android (wich u cant see)
all memory is inbuilt so total 8gb memory bt jst 4gb for our use

AnonD-72758, 22 Sep 2012SE live with walkman far more better than this model ,thoug... moreyes agree camera is same grade, 32gb memory card with no bugs , awesome ics fix update, awesome display quality so no points over lww, single core but so powerful with 1GHz and adreno 205 at hvga and is pretty very near x u in terms of specs and dual stereo speakers with best sound, just search for it more it is available

do you feel that 3.5inches is a lil bit small for playing two hander games?
does the phone heat up whle playing hd games,browsing or using usb otg for long time??

Friens please dont buy this product. It is not at all worth for money. Though it is 3.5" display(diagnoally), for the same spec other manufacturers giving more display area(heightxwidth). In this phone the height is more and width is less which diagnollay gives more length. Bledy sony cheatting all their customer. So my personal suggestion to all is dont buy this product. I wasted my money 16k by buying this phone. Not at all worth for spending this money for small display area. I trusted sony and bought this mobile but now feel wasted my money.

Bk, 21 Sep 2012I used this handset from last 15 day's as per specificatio... moreFor me the sound quality is pretty awesome. I am using the headphone surround sound 'studio' effect. There is no hanging or lagging what so ever. Operation is smooth as silk :). May be you need to check your phone with the service center. Try removing additional applications if the RAM is used up all the time.
