gve me ur... moreI have been using xperia U since 6 months, I am not satisfied with the performance. Suddenly Phone hangs, Content list some time takes a lot of time to open. Although Memory mentioned is 512 MB, but available only 398 MB.WiFi is not good & drop signals.
If u don't have patience,i am sure u may through it out.

I had this phone for almost a year. I did not experience any malfunctions. The camera was good. Video is great! just adjust the settings if its night time or day time to capture nice photo. one thing I really like this phone is the bravia engine, smooth in typing message and the 3d surround. The downside is the memory. 8gb (5.6gb user) and the 512 ram (312 ram user). Overall this phone is good for a price range og 800sr..

A post has been circulated suggesting it might, but it's probably fake (why would Google announce big news via Facebook?). The Novathor chip is no longer a supported product, so it would be unlikely for Sony to produce or have access to updated drivers etc. Can the community do something? Perhaps, but probably just elements of 4.4 tacked on to 4.0.4, not important things like the low-memory kernel 4.4 reputedly has.

my mobile is on gingerbread, I have tried to upgrade(on ice-cream sandwich) my xperia U through mobile but it shows " already upgraded "|
I want to know step by step procedure for the same.waiting for quick reply pl.

Got this phone 5 months ago and i can say this is the most rubbish phone i had,even galaxy young was better. The screen completely died today,i'll get it repaired and give this phone to my little brother instead. please don't buy this phone. it'll give you many problems. i'll be having a S3.

Mine's gone back to be repaired today. The dreaded touchscreen failure. Tried with both Gingerbread and ICS, I really hoped it was a software issue but it pretty clearly wasn't. Love the phone, truly hope it comes back with a new lease of life, but having to tap several times to get any response and certain areas of the screen completely non-functional wasn't helpful.

my u is ics but it lagged nd i coundn't copy or cut anything from xperia u on pc
so i restored my mobile nd clicked repair from pc companion but now m mobile is auto restarting but doesnt starting...
nd i cant repairing my phone through support zone of pc companion.. 2 steps are cmplted but 3rd step update is not starting...
guys plz hlp me...... :'(
