Guyss plzz help me.. I m confused bat the memory..can v install a game app in the 2gb dedicated area n move the USB downloadable data to the 4 gb part??? Like in games which require extra 600-800mb download.. Thanks in advance..

I had been watching this phone ever since the first pictures surfaced, always sure that I would purchase it once it came out.
I still haven't purchased it, neither I will ever do.
It's SAR is absolutely prohibiting, even when taking into account how unreliable those measurements can be. (that is, the tricks some other manufactures may use --within the specifications of the test-- to "embellish" those numbers)
Amazing phone, but it's meant for "3rd-world users" who completely disregard those "expensive details" such as their health(*).
(*) - according to the recommendations of the World Heath Organization.

Note: you cant touch phone memory. That is dedicated to PHONE :)

[deleted post]It is 4GB for media. 2GB for apps. 2 GB for Processor (can not be used) which makes it 8GB. Further they are offering 50GB of cloud space, which takes the memory to 58GB. So now it is upto you, how you take it. You can say the phone has a memory of 4GB, 6GB, 8GB, 56GB or 58GB. It depends on the user.

I have been using this phone for more than 1 month now.
Pros:
Nice handling, fits fine in pocket, not much bulky.
3.5" is good enough with the pixel density and contrast it offer. Very bright colors.
Features are unlimited, still figuring out a ton of things.
battery backup is good too .. with a use of about 30 mins 3g use (which works really well), and about 1 hour voice calls, and use of few tools and games, it last for 2 days atleast.
Sound is good as with sony phones, however tried once on skype and loudspeaker was not up to mark. Had to connect the handsfree. Otherwise good songs output on loudspeaker.
Cons
The only drawback I see is the memory. It gives 8GB of which 4GB is usable by Users and rest 4GB is used as phone memory for installing apps, etc. So if some one is heavy music or video user, he/she may not enjoy this restriction.
Otherwise, this is the most amazing phone in this price bracket and with the features and comfort it offers.

it is nice smart phone but it has no memory card slot.
so those who having this phone can expand their memory with otg cable wire while attaching pen drive.

The phone has both pros and cons
pro :
dual core processor ( i never felt any sort of lag while gaming too)
screen resolution (ts got 280 ppi the best in its class)
cons :
battery life (mine not even lasting a day it might be coz i stay online everytime..)
camera ( i have seen way better 5 mp camera than the one in it..)
overall:
it is a gud phone comparing the ones in the same price segment. memory 4gb user accessible 2gb for applications and 50gb cloud storage is gud...

Buy Xperia SOLO or move to HTC or Motorola. But upcoming sony mobile have all dual core. u can wait for some time see all spec carefully about memory, Chipset, CPU Battery
