I have this phone and the 2 GB part is called phone memory,which contains all pre-installed apps and 4 GB part is called internal memory.
You can also inter-convert them.

I like the Both phone very much as my budget is under 20,000 Rs/-
So As Sony xperia is having 3.5 screen and not having a MMC slot and HDMI port. the below LED light cannot
As Sony ericsson Neo V having 3.7 and having a MMC slot, and also having a HDMI port, but this Mobile is having a 1.Ghz scorpion processor as compared it is low to sony xperia U.
so my question is this that whether in future the xperia u Light on the bottom will not lost means not get spoil.
so i need the Your suggestion.

Whatever the graphics system (and perhaps other hardware devices) reserves is subtracted from 512MB when reporting what is available to the Android system.

well its an another major drawback that its lack of shortage of 3g connectivity with WiFi and Bluetooth or both

People who own this phone, please tell me how to find the processor and RAM of this phone. I installed Go Launcher app a couple of days back and it is showing 298MB out of 388MB RAM is full. WTF! This phone has 512 MB RAM right?

HELP, i have a question, many people said that the internal memory of the phone is 8GB, 2GB for system, 2GB for APPLICATIONS, 4GB for media files, the question is, can i use the 4GB(media files) for APPLICATIONS also? meaning a total of 6GB for apps?, tnx.

camera bad? pics are great for a 5mp camera....just take of the plastic paper on the lense and flash...much better photos and the flash dosnt fully blank the image...and this phone can actual take 720p video,,,for its price great...and video quality not that bad....stop bashing for no reason. and
again for people who dont know, USB OTG works ON THIS PHONE! GALAXY ACE 2 DOSNT HAVE IT! check this video-
