4GB!!!??? Has Sony gone crazy?? They shouldve provided just 1GB internal mem with a card slot! More than enough!!! I was so eager to buy this phone, and Sony...uhhh!!!

is sony going crazy or what??? 4gb in this kind of a device?, u guys are a joke, no way am gonna buy aphone with that small storage. also the battery is down, last year phone were much beta with most of them havin a 1500 battery, if sony rily wants to win most of us back then dont just throw some punches, get some gloves n hit us hard. for the xperia s u tried, but with the xperia p u stil let us down, put adecent battery on the 'p' also and amicro sd card, 13gb is still less. we all need something will appreciate having.

Is Sony seriously thinking that 4GB is enough in these days? 6GB to 8GB is the absolute minimum. This is a entertainment oriented phone. If you do download 2 playstation games and put around 200 songs the 4GB is full. Sony shure will loose customers. I thought of bying this compact but still powerfull phone, but know I don't know anymore, because of the 4GB.

It seems that there is a big confusion with the specs. Should we count 4GB user accessible memory PLUS 8GB (or 16GB, whatever...) from flash emmc card? It's a pitty, even if there is a limitation with the storage, 8GB for the user would be a decent number. But if it's only 4GB, this marvellous phone will be out of my list!
Can ANYONE confirm a real total storage capacity for this little gem?

Beautiful phone (everybody is mentioning the pink, people, the bottom bar is changeable, black phone comes with the pink and a black bar, the white phone comes with a yellow and a wahite bar). Good specs for it's price (259€), it's a downgrade of Xperia S/P, aiming younger buyers, so it's size is, in my opinion, the perfect one, and it's thickness does not bother me since in my opinion it's easier and safer do grab that way.
Now the cons, the battery could be a little better, and 4gb of usable memory??? Dafuq... That's really far too low nowadays. I was really considering buying Xperia U (when I tought it was 8gb), but when I saw 4gb and no SdCard support I got really sad, maybe Sony will consider this before they launch it oficialy, because if not, they better low it's price :s
