any filipinos there who bought xperia V via kimstore and experienced any problems? im planning to get the unit however, reading the forums. xperia V suffers from Sleep of death. any feedbacks?

Battery consumption is screwed up after JB update. Eats up a lot of juice with data on. Never had this problem on ICS. Besides this, it's a great phone.

This Phone is really good, Look feel,features.
This phone does not have 3D Sweep Panorama.
Now it is almost one month since I have purchased this phone do not have any problem.
Updated to JB 4.1.2 7 days back.
You cannot transfer the installed application to external storage (I purchased 32 gb SD card but waste), only, movie, photo,.
You cannot install the big game along withthe games like real racing 3 (1.19gb data). as it starts keep on messaging the storage data is 75%full.
I have unlocked the boot loader and rooted the phone, Now I will try to link some application to the external SD card (I tried but could not succeed. Will try again when I get the chance.
my personal feeling is not to purchase the android phone, but I did not have any choice in the market but android.

cruelwey, 06 Mar 2013this is the first time i wanna buy smartphone.... so i nee... morethe problem is, the battery drain fast. n wifi direct not connected to other brand like samsung. i tried but no luck. lucky on playstore market got app called fast transfer. it is the best app transfer big file on between smartphone.

Oh good news, i talked to a guy on the phone, he said that if they could not provide me with a Z before the weekend, and they probably cant, they give me the V at €110 discount, thats like $140 off. Cant afford to say No then.

COOL! cant wait f... moreHow fantastic is it on JB compared to before you upgraded? I tried V with ICS and its fast but flipping homescreens and menues were not so smooth. How big is the difference?
Hope you or someone can answer this. Due to no availability of the Z i am thinking about the V, possible i can test it with JB on friday but testing is not the same as using it every day, so i need your experience guys.

Tathering is no good, I could not surf on net via my V... moreyou have to make sure your local carrier supports sharing your data over tethering there are some that works fine on the device using the sim but other devices connect and shows a conncetion but not data shared, make sure you get your facts straight before you diss 4.1.2 it works fine on other devices even the xperia v

Think before you upgrade !
