Its the most beautiful phone i have seen, and such a pleasure to handle it, real classy. However the unit i tested had 4.0.4, it was fast but not so smooth in navigating the UI of course. I want to test with Jelly Bean, and maybe i get one for my daughter.
Those who already got JB, was it big difference in UI smoothness when flipping between homescreens and so on?

Before upgrde to jb, my v had also SOD issue. Now with jb, The prob was 100% settle.. No more SOD.

From the Philippines:
After updating my Xperia V to Jelly Bean (9.1.A.0.490), I have been experiencing some bugs with the Walkman app.
1. At times when the phone is on standby, the next track takes too long to play. There are times that it doesn't play until I wake up the phone.
2. When playing music with headphones plugged in, audio sometimes sounds very soft at first then quickly increases in volume. The increase in volume is not gradual.
3. When skipping a track, the album art flashes. Some noticeable lags during music playback.

Why is it that when I put my micro sd the signal is gone and when I remove it the signal goes back again is anybody experiencing this ???

Hi. I have this phone since 1 week. I have updated to JB, and now is much better, as before with ICS. Battery is much better now (2 or 3 days), and the soft is better. Anyway is a great phone, but i had before the Samsung Galaxy S3 which was much better that Xperia V. I sell that SGS3 because it was too big 4 my hands. I miss the Super Amoled display, which is amazing, much better that any TFT displays. Sorry my english.

Im from the philippines I already updated to jelly bean and its good except for the white background for contacts and messages I dnt like it even I calling, I hope they back to normal black. Hoping that you have solution for this. hayy :|

= 8GB
I'm not so sure about the 2GB not shown on the storage but I think its all about Android's OS.

Why is that, my phone unit only has 4GB internal memory in which in the specs it says that it has 8GB internal memory..please advise..tnx
