ahm, 22 Jul 2013Hi I am facing problem with battery. My battery was on 10 %... moredont worry about that too much,it really happens once in a while even with other android phones.though i dont know the reason why its happening .ive experienced that too.

I bought my xperia v last friday (7/21/13)
Bought it from kimstore for 13.1K pesos.
I'm excited to try its waterproof capability so I submerged it in our pail full of water. Yehey. It just created bubbles (some air might be inside the phone). After that, I took it out, then it's still fixed.
Only problem here is battery. Maybe because I used it for 3G browsing and gaming at the same time. 70% brightness at that time. Some stock apps are cool like walkman, and some, I immediately uninstalled.
I rooted my phone already. I can now customize it. It's good with multitasking. No lags/force close yet. 6 pages of apps already.
It tried LTE using my Smart sim (postpaid) (take note: not an LTE sim but I still can use it for LTE), the speed is like 8mbps DL, 6mbps UL. :D

Dutche, 22 Jul 2013Which is better XPeria V Or P?I'm using Xperia P since march 2013 and I'm happy with that phone. I works fast, there are not so much lags. The only problem is the battery, but the latest updates and turning on the "power saver mode" increase the life of the device with additional half day (at least 12-16h)

i have a question to xperia v owners, how are the protective covers for the ports? are they durably built? im hesitant of buying this phone because if i have to charge more often because the battery drains fast, wouldn't the flaps wear down and tear off?
also, would you recommend this phone over TX (removing the water and dust resistance features from the equation)? TIA :)

Only a few cellsites are 4G-capable and it would take years and billions of money to roll out the entire country with 4G technology and its speed, for one reason or another, is not maximize to the full just like the 3G as you will notice. But the decision is yours...
