You can add up to 5 different user accounts. You can have encryption on parts of memory but for folders you need extra software. It's a great device, but I wouldn't recommend it in late 2018. Reasons: battery, camera overheating, phone in general overheating, it cannot cope with the times. Go for an 8xx processor better. E.g. Pixel, S8, Oneplus 5T

i have the same problem, sometimes turning off the phone and charging it when it's off works that's the only advice i can give. I think it's either the battery or the charger port

I have a problem with the battery, when i recharge it the level increases very slowly like 26% for more than 1 hour.
Sometimes did not increase!!!!
What's your recommendations please??

you ll only receive security patches but not for ever
even the security will stop soon

Why does the video camera only lists 30fps in 1080p on the specs section? This phone allows for 1080p60fps video recording.

Great phone. Has by now lasted me already two years and the battery still barely got any worse, lasting me for 2 days before recharging.(medium to frequent user) Everything still works, rarely ever freezes or requires a restart and if, it is usually because of an app and not because of the phone.(facebook for example) Fingerprint sensor works reasonably well, but definitely not the best, especially not compared to the newer phones. And of course sadly a lot of bloatware, but that's the trade-off when you take a Sony phone.

Use an anti-malware app to remove them. I personally used Malwarebytes to remove adware on my Xiaomi phone. And take care not to download any dubious apps or connect to random unprotected wi-fi access points in the future.

I have never experienced this happen on any of my other 6 sony's
