Any Northern European country got Oreo yet? Are there users from that area (Finland, Sweden, Norway, Denmark) here and did you get Oreo? I'm still waiting...

recently i gt updated my xperia c compact to oreo..n once finish intalling i cant on my phone...itz juz stucked and restart itself again n again..frustrated..then send it to service centre..today i gonna take my phone, they said don install oreo bcoz itz not stable uet ..juz wait for the stable version..hmmm..anyone experience same like me..
