So for a better typing experience better buy the xperia x? is xperia x performance worth it or should i consider xz? I am torn between xperia x and xz now. I have tested one xperia x yesterday and it is great. Great screen not like z3. More colourfull display. which do you guys reccomend? All sony devices look phenomanal in store. Even the XA looks amazing.
The se works very very fast but for an average user I think I would do well with sony too.
Had iphones before and samsung note. How can a note get so laggy in 1 year of time usage and sony does not? With iphones I always had problems on how they are made. And the form of iphone 6 .... come in in 2016 i cannot buy the 7 with 6 body...

i own a z5 compact. and looking to buy an x compact. my wife has a SE. generally I feel that iphone's typing experience is superior to anything in the market. I do ok with z5 compact but i think I would do better on a SE. I'm not not a heavy texter. I stay on android because there are things you can't do in ios, but I own apple for all other devices (ipad, mac). also, the android voice to text is way inferior to apple (ipad), considerable more lag and more inaccurate. If you're a heavy texter I suggest you stay with the SE. if you don't x compact is probably for you. ALSO, very importantly - if you take photos (lots) my Z5 compact is in every aspect superior to SE - I took the exact same shot with both phones and my sony's was visibly better. in fact probably sony has the best smartphone cameras in the market today, which only makes sense as they've already beaten canon and nikon on the mirrorless photo cameras.

Can someone tell me if typing is bad on z5 compact or x compact? I have an iphone se and it ia rubish. The display is lifted because of the battery ... one thing iphone has is a very veru very good typing experience. I want to know if typing is ok om these 2 devices!!! Please help me!!

Its superb price for this phone wonder. :-) . Ill be getting it in 3 months time, should be around 300€ then. :-)

I will tell you that the x compact is supreme to all I mentioned above , I am not a gamer. but watch youtube , camera ,battery life , more warm and easy to read texts and smooth running operation better than all . At first before put my hands on the x compact I hated it on the specs alone but to my surprise the x is solid non fragile , I love the strong and none breakable glass, beautiful phone worth any penny . I will upgrade next year to the new compact hopefully with the snapdragon 835 .

X Compact is capable to record 4K videos at 30fps. It is just you have to download Open Camera app from the play store. set it up to 4K 30fps and record.

I think they are both waterproof but sony didn't declare about it just to avoid the warranty.

But I do mind lack of waterproofing.
I am boggled why Sony didnt offer waterproof X Compact except in Japan. :-(
I only hope its secretly water resistant just as X is.
