    He then paid extra Euros to have phone and new style case cover shipped seperately. Understand? This is his complaint. The charger drama may have been a misunderstanding, buy just enraged him further. So, in summary, Sony estore screwed him on the new style case cover, cauing extra days delay and extra postage costs. He obviously wanted both items together.

      He did not understand the offer, and got enraged by his own misunderstanding.

Kartel was duped by the Sony estore, so he is entitled to a full refund. Plus, phones can be returned if not satified within a certain time frame, as long as the phone is in new condition. This is law in every country, although your residence may be the exception.

          Yes you can get cheaper phones, but in the end its customers choice whether he chooses a sony phone or some other.
          Some people choose Sony for a good couple of reasons, me included.

            Sony why have you not put as snapdragon 820 in this phone...for the price that its selling at at least 820 , also a 3000 mAH would have been ideal... It becoming harder to find a good phone these days for those on a decent budget of 250 to 300 USD...

                  I felt like he is a Sony representer in here.Otherwise Sony should do him a favor for his good efforts.
                  By the way I didnt even say the phone is bad or smth.I liked the phone but the way how Sony estore works is very bad!Or I was unlucky.

Sony sells 2700mah quick chargers in a Sony box. The hardware and software determine the current draw, not the charger size. So, a 10,000mah charger is not dangerous.

                    Phone can be charged at anytime, not only at night as you claim. Do u even own a smartphone ?

                    Almost every modern western country has the option to return items if customer doesn't like it. What primitive place do you live in ?

                      Then why does Sony sell quick charger in its own web page..How will they send it to me? I dont know what you are talking about! if you read and understood what I wrote that they advertise the phone with quick charge option, This is copied from products webpage Battery

                        2)have you tested the battery performance of this smartphone, because you may charge it only at night even with heavy usage.
                        3)In the world, there is not a single market or a company would allow their products to be sent back if it doesn't have a fault or because a costumer didn't liked it, so???

                          After had the bad experience with Sony E5 I decided to buy this nice looking compact from Sony's online store.
                          I wanted to buy it with its new style case-cover.As it was available purchased both,as it writes on Sonys estore webpage selected and paid for 1-2 days express delivery(lately learned that days means only week days and no weekends as it didnt mention anywhere on Sony's page)
                          After the case went not available and est in stock time 3 days which became 6 days after!!.Paid extra euros to have device seperately.After the device arrived and it looked nice and performance was OK, I was hoping to charge it fast as they advertise quick charge 3 and put charger and saw that it took around 2+hours.I was surprised and when I checked I understood that the sent charger was a normal one in the box and not a quick charger!!! For quick charger you have to visit estore again and pay 49.90 smth euro and how funny that delivery is free when you buy over 50!! I put everything in the package and sent back.I dont want the case I dont want the device and I dont want their covetous way of thinking against their customers money!

                            dino, 18 Nov 2016hows the pricing though????there is no competing devices out there. so we're paying a premium for compactness. I believe the X Compact has the highest performance per cubic centimeter.

                                      I bought a new one... on the first day the proximity sensor (next to sony mark on top) was broke down... now it is in service office... they say that the motherboard must be changed ! :(
