Sony estore screwed him on the style cover as it was their error, certainly not Kartel's error. Sony estore has a problem with their software ordering process. He had to pay extra postage costs and the case cover was delayed due to Sony estore error. Whether this is common or not is irrelevant. Kartel was correct as Sony estore stuffed up.

Sony's fast charging speed is 1500mah, which means that the original charger in the box is already sufficient for fast charging.

The phone is advertised as supporting quick charge 3.0 but what I found in the box was the UCH20 charger. On their webpage they suggest to buy the UCH12W charger. I bought that one but charging speed is not any faster than using the UCH20. Both charge about 1% a minute. Tried normal, safe and off mode. Also tried an Aukey QC 3.0 charger. Same result. The Sony support is no help at all. Going through Qualcomms Quick Charge 3.0 device list (published on November 8, 2016) the Xperia X Compact is not even listed there.

You ve obviously mistaken me for someone else.
On the subject, again no, Sony store didnt mess up at all. He ordered the cover, but it went unavailable in the meantime. These things happen on all webstores all the time, happened to me twice already.
He paid extra for express delivery, but delivery of the phone was free...so he got enraged he had to pay extra for the costs of case delivery.
I wouldnt like it also, but certainly wouldnt react as him and return it all in utter enragement....
Anyways, its good to see X Compact and its accessories selling out....
It is an amazing compact phone.

He ju... moreYou are wrong (as usual). He purchased a listed and available, new style case cover from Sony estore. He paid express delivery. Item next became not available and in stock in 6 days time. Understand?
He then paid extra Euros to have phone and new style case cover shipped seperately. Understand? This is his complaint. The charger drama may have been a misunderstanding, buy just enraged him further. So, in summary, Sony estore screwed him on the new style case cover, cauing extra days delay and extra postage costs. He obviously wanted both items together.

He did not understand the offer, and got enraged by his own misunderstanding.

Plus, phones can be returned if not satified within a certain time frame, as long as the phone is in new condition. This is law in every country, although your residence may be the exception.

Also, There is no compact phone that size with bigger maH battery that Im aware of..
Yes you can get cheaper phones, but in the end its customers choice whether he chooses a sony phone or some other.
Some people choose Sony for a good couple of reasons, me included.
