with this sony xp. i have this red light at the speaker bar at top, when not plug in. Its very low light, on and off. like its telling me something is running in the background. but nothing is, i clear all. i think its part of why my battery is messtup and ive always had to have my stamina mode on. its weird that stamina can make my battery normal, turn it off and my battery drains within like an hour. ive always careless about removable battery, but that would fix it i bet. I hope im right that its because i didnt charge it before i power it on for the first time. i open box and turn it on and it was at 40%

Anonymous, 19 Sep 2016does it have fingerprint sensor? The international version has a working fingerprint sensor, so yes. The U.S. version has the hardware for it but not the software. So if that's important to you, then buy the int'l one like I did. Check here to make sure it's compatible with your carrier:

The good thing with sony. Sony has their own themes that samsung, Lg & iphone dont have.

I agree. Only way it'll last 2 days is if you leave it on Standby for most of the time. The era of 2-day battery life of Sony Xperia flagship phones died with the ending of the Z-Series. If you check the XP or XZ's website, you'll notice that the once PROMINENT mention of 2-day battery life has been removed. The XZ mentions longer battery life thanks to QNovo charging, but that doesn't mean 2 days. lol

If you're doing mixed activities like browsing, texting, calling, music, it will last you a day. if you're on standby and uses only texting and calling, it will last for 2 days. Even if dont use the stamina, batt's doing great!

Prices will definitely drop once Xperia XZ goes on sale next month. Time to get this beautiful baby on my fingertips and passing on my Z3 which still is rock solid to my cousin. My gf have iPhone SE so that'll be a balance between 2 OS'es and these two Sony and Apple are "Quality" product makers that doesn't lag or blow up even years goes by.

Awesome ad! Much better than the usual "low-key & boring" Sony ads. This and the X one (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Ql6bcwD6TEU) with the Brazilian photographer are the best I've seen in years!
