Go watch PocketNow's recent videos on YouTube, one is the camera review and the other is a comparison between the XP and the Galaxy S7, the XP doesn't do great in either.

There are many fake review/promotion here, you know how salesman promote his product, they will always say they have best product, better than product from the most popular vendor.
You just use it for two weeks, i understand if you happy, we always happy with our new stuff right? I have try many phones from many brand, i love most of them, some of them also very durable. Anyway, good luck with your XP. Dont expect too much..

Sin... moreMy Sony x pf is too good for me,cannt say why you are so interested in bashing it(you know someone who used it and complain about it personally). Used it for 13 days and its good for me and Im a Sony user for 8 yrs never tried other brand in 4 yrs (I've bad experience with them or maybe my bad luck) so I dont know if there's even better device than this.
Dont called me blind fan please because I really own it and it just my opinion and I wont defend any brand without using it cause they didnt give me for free. I've spent my hard earn money on it ( its my 2 months salary )

Had my xperia x performance for a month now and omg what a phone, I don't know why so many people put it down, battery lasts 2 days and at the end of 2nd day it's still only on 30%. It's fast and never lags, my signal for 3&4g are amazing. So much better than all my friends galaxy s6&7's. It's camera is awesome in every way and the phone never gets hot no matter what you throw at it. I'm so happy with it that I will have it for a long time. The only issue is that company's need to make more case's for it.

Look at X hardware, FHD screen, hexacore ARM cpu, 3 GB RAM. Similar to Nexus 5X, right? Yes not the same Soc, but same character. While XP, it has new Quadcore custom Kyro CPU. Google still dont have phone with that SoC. So google software is not optimized for that SoC, and Sony software is close to stock.
So why OP3, Mi5, S7, 10, moto Z are faster wth the same Soc, sammy even use their own SoC. they are faster bcz Vendors do 'Optimisation'. Optimisation make the software more 'compatible' for hardware.

Three minutes vedio recording??? From where did you come with this garbage??? Secondly that silly subject about the speed of loading applications is because of compatibility between software and hardware, and let me tell you again, although x is faster than x performance but x performance is not slow it is fast enough, and let me tell that all smartphones becomes worst whenever it is updated except sony it becomes better and better.

I guess you dont read comments and watch the video ... more TheI've owned this Sony mobile for 10 days now and while I'm happy with it, there are better choices out there...everything that you said is true as I just read that article from androidauthority, as they are one of the most respected phone review sites....Sony is only making profits from its camera sensors and playstations now, even its TV, hifi, camera divisions are losing money...Who knows what will happen with Sony mobile at the end of 2016.

Like tanny said the camera app causes heating. And it needs to be fixed. It make X only can record video for 3mnts. Disaster right?
Tann also said if an app opened 0,6s slower its bcz it size. But he cant explain why X faster in opening app than XP.
And fyi this year Sony mobile finally makes a tiny profit, but its not because XP sales is good, its bcz of massive cost cutting and selling assets. The cut cost a lot in RD and markerting. So we cant compare Z or Z3 with XP. XP is product of cost cutting, we cant expect the quality is as good as Z3.
