Omg, have had quite a good laugh at all the negative reviews on this forum against the x performance, to me it seems like everyone on here slagging it off are galaxy s7 owners with either a regret of buying Samsung or just nothing better in their lives worth doing.
At the end of the day it is a phone and has great spec and camera. I have the xperia zr which I had for over 3 years, dropped it, kicked it and dunked it, still going strong just like the day it arrived.
I've bought x performance cause I know it will outlast any other phone and love the simple design, it will do everything I want it to do and I'm a leader when buying Sony, because everyone I know has Samsung so they are the followers.
Even though I hate Samsung because they say they invent everything but they only copy what others do and advertise, advertise, advertise, and I go on Samsung web site and slag off their products.

ZTE also has better skill, I have bad experience with its product in the past, mifi for my wifi only tablet. I believe they have improve a lot. They always in big 5 in US.
ZTE has good relation with Google. Axon 7 is the first device to support daydream. It also great device, not the most beautiful but the closest to luxury. And probably the best stereo speaker. Don't forget. They also have good software skills.
When Sammy eye recognition is still a rumor. They already have the phone with that tech.
Last year Nubia z9 also great device, edge screen with proper software.

And you can't just say 'could', without proof. It will be just speculation. It isn't like candy you can buy anywhere in one or two pieces. No, not any vendor, only best one, its not as simple as sign a paper.

it is the best phone in world. amazing design and performance and lovely material ui with software navigationbar. great camera. if u want phone with best performance go for x performance .. and then u want powerful phone go for xperia x .. xperia x is better than huawei p9 with its bad chipet and gpu part .. in antutu 6 in 3d benchmarking huawri p9 is very laggy with minimum framerate in fullhd .. but xperia x play that demos very smooth .. i prefer x and if you want more go for x performance but xperia x is great flagship

HTC will make 5X, Google want 5X to be more premium with metal construction.
Huawei will make higher class 6P again. This time With force touch display, we know that Huawei already has the phone with that tech. Yes, huawei has good skills. Even if Google wants 6P screen to be made of shappire, Huawei is capable to provide it.

Sony doesnt make phones for others, Sony has a set of their own standards..
Sony keeps its standards and innovates in all areas including screen, sound, camera, software, design, build, battery ;-)
Even google copies some stuff from Sony, like app design for ex...
Unfortunately, sometimes their standards backlashes on them....
like disabling fp scanner in US due to their user privacy standards.
And Sony has, like all others, some software issues, but tends to get them solved with updates, unlike some other cheaper OEMs...
