THIS PHONE WILL COST OVER 700 DOLLARS? I wanted this phone but man... sony you want us to go broke over something that is going to be 5 months old while s7 will be under that price by then by a huge margin. Well it could change once released... so I'm a wait and see. And if the sony xperia x catches my eye I will get it. Just who knows.

Yeah I only used 4K like once. lol It's like OIS.........it's not really all that important IMO, but a lot of ppl are more critical of Sony's Xperia cameras because they DON'T have OIS like Samsung, HTC, etc do. And they USE Sony's camera sensors!
Looks like Japan is getting the X Performance before any of us are, but from what I've read, their version will have a slightly smaller battery (like 2540 vs. our 2700 mAh). Yeah I'll wait 'til July. LOL! F 2540. At this point, any flagship should be like 3000 to start. But with only 3 GBs of RAM instead of the now seemingly standard 4, I guess it is what it is. But I'll tell ya, my S7 has 4 GBs and is running on 820, but man, I'm guessing it's b/c of TouchWiz, but when jumping from app to app, it noticeably stutters. As I'd mentioned before, it is most apparent when I'm listening to music via a digital MicroUSB connection (vs. analog 3.5mm port). I constantly hear the music skip, which is SUPER annoying b/c most of what I listen to is Hi-Res, which isn't cheap. I can't wait to get rid of this phone, as great as it is overall (camera, etc). lol

Its mixed info yes, but then again it was said no fm radio too, but... Fm radio it has....so
Either way, 4k video is just a module app for xperia camera app, so I believe it should be available
Either way, I wonder how many of those complaining about the lack of it actually use 4k video recording?
Its a memory hog without much practical use.
I have it, never use it...

Dude 4k video recording is an overstated feature according to a smartphone, how silly other companies, and they were talking about the 4k screen in z5 premium, what is the role of 4k vedio recording if you need hard disk for it and if you dont have 4k viewer ' screen '.

My goodness, there are so many trolls here in these comment areas.
Guys calm down, Sony is a good and honest brand, its products are always top quality. The real troll company there is, is Samsung. I really don't know how Samsung beat Apple.
