using Xperia XA1 g3116, waiting for months but no OREO update. Even lower end phones gets oreo quickly. Sony forgets the customers after selling the phone. Disappointed with sony.

Notification malfunction I cannot be pull down unless I use Assistive Touch app. On the left side of the touch screen total dead, it's not working properly. What should I do? Do I repair the device? Factory reset will do any help from it?

Anonymous, 17 Mar 2018Hope screen touch issue solveI hope so too. I had some problems with that two months ago, but Sony gave me a new replacement because I'd had warranty. At this moment I don't feel anything wrong with the touchscreen.
