After you upgrade 42.0.A.4.167 (Pc Companion or by automatic system upgrade) do another factory reset. After that everything will be smooth. Amazing device but I don't like its size.

      As a device im quite satisfied with XA Ultra, as a phone huge dissapointment because i cant get a stable signal, in a house i get signal in specific places, outside is ok, at work i have no coverage at all..... And as i noticed Sony doesnt give a damn about it... Will be returning it to dealer and see if they dont fix it then ill refund and get something else...

        What a horrible phone. Screen not working on edges, battery life is weird cannot give one day full use. Camera is pretty decent on good light but worst on lowlight. Not worth the money. Maybe I should stick with LG and Samsung which better than this super crappy phone.Z

                            Been in love with Sony Xperia phones forever, never a single problem, sadly this one is horrible, the keypad is terrible, all buttons close to the SwiftKey all want to be a SwiftKey as well, constantly correcting when trying to use n & m. Sony person had no interest, return to retailer they said. Bitterly disappointed

It was solved and wasn't a big deal. Google keyboard was the best to use for fast typing. XA1 is among most responsive smartphones. Problems appear to those who can't manage it well. No Sony device I had problems with. Best quality and really fast processing devices among most of all, well priced also.
