I have been using this mobile last one month. All is well except the volume....Whenever I put phone in silent mode or vibration mode then if I increase the volume some times the volume doesn't work... then I have to restart the phone....Previously I used to ignore this but every now and then same problem...Please help

This phone does NOT have a gyroscope, so if you are hoping to use 360 degree VR with it then you will be dissapointed.

it is not about u like u buy u don't like then don't buy
the phone touchscreen just not working and sony refused to replace and/or fix it; do a google search: it is a common problem in india, hong kong, and indonesia (at least), and i bought my stupid XA1 from hk so not even entitled to warranty as i used it in singapore, the sony people just said your warranty is in hk (pretending it is my, not their, problem)
if you want to try your luck with sony, good luck

I have had to send mine in for repair twice and I have only owned the phone for 5 months. major issues with touch screen not working. if you google it there are thousands of people with same issue. I would not buy this phone.

Bought a 32/3GB and a 64/4GB Redmi Note 4X for less than half of the price compare to Sony both phones doing very well for the last 3 months!

com.androidphone.com stopped working
After I did 42.0.a.4.133-r6a software update was donw and now the phone service does not work
"com.androidphone.com stopped working" constantly pops up. There is no service provider detected.
I have cleared data and cache for phone services, restart in safe mode - problem persists. Factory reset done and still have the same issue

First of all this is not the first time that i ... moresame as you maam, i have a problem in touch screen of sony xperia xa 1 and the store told me that they can't response with my concerned, they told me to go to sony service but they told me also that any replacement of the part im the one who pay it.
so sad because i love sony because of there cameras im so disappointed...
i hope sony company can clear all this issues.

I don't know why SONY has omitted NOTES application on their Mobiles. Built in Notes are far better than those that are available in GOOGLE PLAY .Every Mobile Company have Notes on their Mobile.
