Anonymous, 03 Nov 2017When will receive Oreo upgrade????It will probably receive Android Oreo until May-June 2018 approximately. Sony updated the Xperia XA this year in the same months. Therefore, you have to be patience for the update to Oreo.

my god, this handset is awful. the touchscreen problem was the worst thing, many people complaining about the issue and the company dont even recall this handset. i think they are scamming us :(

I have read that later batches have their display issues rectified. Make sure to check the manufacturing date when buying the XA1.

How about Sony Xperia XA1 in Indonesia? Is it good? Do you guys also encountered touch screen problems? in which country has this problem? I want buy it, but i dont know if I'm going to buy, because of some negative comments.

... moreThe stock sound quality is bad and max volume is too low because Sony firmware used horrible defaults.
The stock music player is trash, I have poweramp and fixed the low volume problem by raising the preamp inside the equalizer, I also tweaked bass and treble to improve sound quality.

If you don't really listen to music it's great but if you listen to music every day like me it's just worthless. Even with headphones. My blackberry was just spot on. I'm so disappointed 😥

Yes it's a great phone but pray you don't encounter these screen issues which A LOT of people are experiencing. Some within weeks or buying, others months after buying. If this happens be prepared to wait months for Sony to do a repair or exchange. Oh and it might happen again. Not a good experience for lots of customers. GOOD LUCK EVERYONE
