mrcamcul, 26 Oct 2017Which one will you choose, Sony Xperia XA1 or XA Ultra? XA1 it's the same as ultra maybe better regarding some few details of taste and price. XA1 ultra wins over its brother having the led flash of front camera and bigger screen. Both are amazing!

Unfortunately some XA1 cannot be rooted as they came with a hardlocked bootloader. Mine is hardlocked so I'm a little bummed out, but I'm still relieved that I got a good XA1 without touchscreen problems.

Nothing can beat Xperia Z3,,it's older model yet still the best phone to date. Suck to be you who own XA series

Guys I have been using this phone over a month now. Didn't find any touch screen issues as were reported by others users. I must say that I am very much satisfied with the phone.
Here are the pros and cons after my experience:
Pros:
1. Amazing Camera
2. Good Music Player
3. Stylish look. Feels like a royal phone in hand
4. Awesome Display
Cons:
1. Battery capacity could have been better
2. No full HD video with just 720 resolution
3. No finger print scanner
Overall I am pretty satisfied with the phone except for the 720 video player resolution. The battery capacity can be increased by turning off locations, auto-sync and lowering the brightness of the phone. I would recommend buying this phone especially with the 23 mega-pixel which captures amazing pics and that too in the mid-price range.
For anyone planning to buy this phone please check for the manufacturing date and try buying the one with the recent manufacture date. I purchased the phone on 8th September with a July manufacture date. All users having touch screen issues please check for your manufacture date as I have noticed that the older manufacturing dates seemed to have touch screen issues.
In case any of you are planning to buy this phone just pray before buying so that you do not face any touch screen issues. God Bless.

In my country it's around 250 dollars now. At this price it should sell like hot bread. As I tested any Samsung and Huawei (technically most selling brands in this case and class of devices) it's for sure most desirable to have android device ever! Good usage it's the key to enjoy it in most cases!

Just received my XA1 days ago from the Sony Center. This is the second time I returned the phone because of the touchscreen issues. Last time, they gave me a new phone; but this time only the screen was replaced. They said the phone shouldn't be pressed to hard because too much pressure damages it. This can happen when you sit with the phone in your back pocket, or when you place something heavy on it.
