sumbit your handset to near service center. if any problem you call the tool free number and regester you complaint and got a Ticket id its valid for upcoming 7 days. may be your handset replacement is possible . do immediately

Just used for a week., my xa1 already had touch problem at the left edges n top left display. Will visiting sony malaysia service center soon. Sony nowdays making more faulty device

Purchased 20 days ago from Freedom Mobile kiosk. Does not feel secure: pre-installed with many useless and suspicious programs, installs programs on its own, cannot uninstall many of them. I would have not purchased if I had known how many concerns I would have over just who is getting all of my information.

But it does not mean that the problem occurs in India only.. Its an electronics and in any time the same problem will possibly occur here in Ph.. I belive its just an isolated issue.. Thats my insight..

This phone is very pathetic, very bad. Please don't buy this phone. I bought this brand new phone on 8th May 2017 and after 10 days it's touch got problems, it stopped working and there appeared a burning yellowish patch in the display. Moreover Sony's Service is very very poor. Zero customer service, I then went to device center, employees there were rude, denied for product replacement, said that display will be changed and it will take at least 7 days, even they do not provide any standby phone. When I called the service centre for knowing my phone status, their reply was that they don't have mobile phone parts, so it will take extra 2-3 days. I'm now stuck in very bad condition, what should I do.....

I brought new one from amazon. only 20 days before. Now Top of the Touch screen is not working properly. This will be worst feel with this mobile.
