Hi! Guys! i would like to let you know how satisfied i am using my new mobile phone Sony XA1 i just purchased it last sunday and moving forward i am really happy about the phone it has everything that i want and need on the phone. I used iphone and samsung already excellent use for iphone 4g and for samsung a8 okay good but really not excellent because of the camera its like the picture is not real. i love Sony XA1 because of the camera / battery / design / specs for me its PERFECT! =) price is worth it as well and we all know that samsung and some other brands of phone is really easy to clone of imitate but Sony is not and if theres one you will really knoe if that is a clone or fake. i recommend you guys to have this mobiel phone because you will really going to like it, =)

I am having touch problem here with Xperia XA1. I bought two phones for me and my gf. Touch on the edges of the phone are not working properly. I have sent one of them to local service center in Singapore and it has been a week I haven't got any update yet.
Giving 400SGD per phone and having it to send to service center in a few days is very frustrating.
Since everyone is having the same problem, it is obviously a design flaw. Sony should recall the phones and give everyone refund.
Selling a faulty phone to customers and refusing to refund by a big company like Sony is a shame.
I will never buy any Sony products again.

I suggest not to buy this phone. Using it for 3 months now. I have faced problems with keyboard and also some other swipe functions on the screen. And sometimes it is very slow to open or close an app. Overall the I feel there is something wrong with the UI or the screen. The body needs a cover otherwise scratches are seen even on sophisticated use. And it does heat up on charging sometimes. The camera is good but not exceptional. Not a phone you'll be happy with.

i bought this phone on 22 april,17. today 3rd time i submitted this phone for service. worst hardware, specially screen's hardware is too worst.

This phone is not really responsive. the keys on the edge of the screen is not responding at times. it sucks

I bought phone on 17th may. I was having minor issue with keypad touch at the edge but was not so bad. but since 2 days touch is not working on top right(almost 25% of right top) side. Major problem within 20days is not acceptable. They should replace the phone for this manufacturing defect. Gonna approach Sony Center now. Will update once return

It is working fine in all aspects, i don't get what are you talking about people, it can even run modern combat 5, asphalt 8, gangster vegas 5,without any issues.

I bought this smartphone 3 weeks ago for my sister, this smartphone is really amazing to its price, i don't understand the complaints down there, the smartphone is working perfectly from 3 weeks.

Most pathetic phone from Sony. Within 2 days it HD restart issue, then email was not getting set up. Sony Center guys took my phone and had send to head office for email software update it started working now every 2-3days it will give n error pls login email account. I am fed up of sony. It has lost its trust. I know many ppl who are not happy with sony now.
