I bought Sony Xperia xa1 ultra just few month 3 months ago, last month of December the charging port stop working, I have to coil the charger before it charges, yesterday the earphone terminal stop working, I have never have a phone that give me sleepless nights like this, please I need urgent help, thanks

Does anyone else's Android OS on the XA1 use almost 2gb per month purely just to operate, or is it only mine?
Not sure if this is an issue on all the XA1s or if mine is faulty.

IT is perfect for the specs And price.... But if you wanted an alternative for Pixel or PXL than IT was a misstep. Try XZ premium or XZ1.. I hlavě both And trust me... All the other Phones Will look And perform like toys! Including Samsung galaxy Phones... Samsung S8 is a laggy bitch.... And yeah why the ultra is not as good? Simple... Mediatek core And cpu.... Be carefull 😉

I brought new Xperia xa1 ultra in last month, now the mic is completely not working. It's working When I connecting the charger pin. I think charger slot and main mic is located in same area so the reason issue is coming.
Please suggest me solution for this.

Easily the best mid-range phablet on the market for 2017. Battery life (Despite being only 2700 mAh) is fantastic. The screen is gorgeous and runs really smooth with the P20. If Sony had slapped stereo speakers onto it, a fingerprint scanner and upped the battery to 3000 mAh This would have easily been the best mid-range phone on the market period. Only complaint really is the Camera can be a bit sluggish. Picture quality is superb but the autofocus can be a tad annoying and it can be a little slow after snapping a picture/post-processing.

Beautiful phone. Horrible battery. Sony should really wake up, don't just screw up that way. 2700 for a 6 inches phone not even a tablet. Stop making customers to compromise. A good cell phone is supposed to suit the users' needs not the other way around!
