Sony, please make phone LOOK LIKE this one, but with much bigger battery ( around 5000mAh - like A9 Pro ) and you will sell that... This is just like joke... 6 inch and 2700mAh... Please...

Hey everyone, anyone having a problem with the image enhancement options. There are 3 options yet I don't see the difference in quilty out of them all. Is it faulty or is the Image enhancement just a gimmick?

Simply amazing phone for only $350!
Perfect physical size, perfect standard 16:9 ratio 6 inch display! Yes, it might lack some features like dual camera lens and other useless marketing tricks, but the interface and all over all performans is smooth and fast enough!
I used, the previous XA ULTRA and I was happy with overall performance.

xhin, 18 Oct 2017i chosen this mobile phone to buy but after 2 days its star... moreAnyone have try the GPS and Bluetooth receiving. My current Sony XA ultra from day one has this two issue. Bluetooth can only work within 4m, GPS keep lost signal when ever there is cover walkway , bridge and road. I have sent in the service 3times time now they just can't solve it and now idea. In fact tested on another unit also same issue . Now they want to replace me with XA1 ultra and want to close my case , if XA1 ultra having same issue I won't be able to make another complaint if I accept the replacement. I am a Uber driver and I need a working phone with GPS.

Got this unit 2 days ago... Not satisfied with battery life, mid day down at 20%. Camera quality doesn't look like the given MP's. No fingerprint sensor. Choosing a ringtone from your music file is a headache. Got a little speaker which does not give loud sound compared to other phones. Getting distorted sound once volume is maxed out. Slow start up. The only thing i like is the monster screen size which is best for games and watching movies... This phone seriously needs update!

Is this phone even splash-resistant or is safe in light rain or accidental fall in sink?
And if you guys would choose between the camera quality & performance (natural-looking, great/clean audio, decent low-light shots and daylight shots that doesn't overexpose) which would you choose between the XA1 Ultra, Galaxy A5 2017 or Moto G5S Plus?

GSM Review: "The side bezels, on the other hand, are probably among the slimmest in Sony's Xperia lineup. It's bewildering why Sony wouldn't trim them on its more expensive phones in a similar manner, but we're sure they have their reasons."
Answer: Because Sony customers keep having to return the XA1 models for repairs. Shame on them for putting these phones out to market with these horrible screen flaws.

rohiexa , 26 Oct 2017which one better, sony xperia xa1, xa ultra or xa plus? ple... moreJust go blindly for the XA1 Plus, I bought it if last week (the blue version) it's a head turner, massive battery life, gorgeous screen for watching movies and playing games, superb camera the same which is there on the Z5, super loud speaker sound (although it has mono speaker). It's cheaper than any of the Sony phones at this size.

The external speaker's voice is very very low and its quality is very poor. You cant even hear the loud voice when music is being played or a movie. Not expected from such an expensive xperia phone. The tempered glass does not connect well on its edge to edge screen and results in touch problem. The battery drains quickly with Internet usage or shareit. Rest every this is great.
