Rahul, 10 Nov 2016Slow charging problem. If you use its normal charger in the box, it will charge fully in 2 Hours like fast charge of Galaxy A5 2016 ! so the charging is fast , for faster can use fast charge that its model written on sonymobile website for this device

Manu, 09 Nov 2016Yes supportsWell m using it.. It has LTE not volte... To call via jio... I need to install jio 4g voice app.. Now calls r working thik thak...u can make calls easily but u will not be able to receive calls properly from other networks...

Hi all I use this phone around 15 days it is great phone no issue here all is working fine great phone and also camera is good I also have samsung s5 but XA camera quality is great against s5.

1. I bought Sony Xperia XA Dual on November 2nd 2016 with great expectations. However, slot 2 of the dual SIM is not responding. The phone recognises only SIMS put in slot 1.
I don't know what to do to resolve this issue.
2. The device gets heated up easily while am browsing. Is this how 21st Century smartphone should be behaving?

Full of bloatware which drains the battery and uses big amount of data. 3:00 AM there's message sound telling "what's new" - not even remotely attractive to wake up and see "what's new", cannot be removed. No consistent pattern that will this setting do what it's supposed to do. Steals your information by default for google. I don't understand how this phone should be held in my hand since every time there's volume or camera button pressed. Every. So - full of bugs and must be rooted and debloated.

My mobile data is on but whatsapp imo fb messenger line is not working. On wifi all is working. Should any one know problem???

Never purchase this phone. Worst experience I ever have with sony.
Heating problem,
Slowest phone I ever used,
Memory card issue,
Data remains ON all time,
Low battery life.
And for more problems purchase this phone.

Pars, 01 Nov 2016this update in not showing in my XA Dual , do you use Xperi... moreI got the update info in my mail id & it also available to download on my phone on notification bar. I can also able to check it manually. Nothing special i have done.
