Yes, in phone notification it shows Update available (830Mb) but each time i tried to download and install, it shows installation failed try again, and i have to download whole (830Mb) software again still it did not worked, so i tried to update with sony pc companion(connecting phone with my pc), where it downloaded the update & started to install it, but it stopped in between showing some unknown error, and phone became use less(just showed SONY logo with white background), phone was under warannty so i got Android 7.0 installed from service center, where other than me lots of guys have visited service center for the same reason, but i asked them the reason why phone just crashed during update, but they did not answered it.

the rumor mill says that the nougat update is off the air. you can't update OTA or using the xperia companion anymore.
and nobody knows why, except of sony.
what should still work is the sony flashtool. but keep in mind to do a backup of your phone before using the xperia companion.

i have problem with this phone and i just bought it like 2 month ago it keep turning off and then when i try to power it on again it just re power off just like asec after booting and it just keep doing this agian and again i dont know what to do i try to fix this but sadly no one could tell me what exactly the phone problem is can anyone please help me what should i do the only thing i know that it's not software problem ...also i live in syria so i can't just take it to sony support center or don't know somthing like that please help me

I have a problem with wi fi signal. The only way to connect to the net over WiFi is to get the router at 2m. He worked correctly for a month and suddenly this problem. Does anyone know what the problem is and how to solve it?

I have now biggest of this last update 7.0 nougat. 838.00 mb update size i updated my phone. Next day i get 9.8mb update now i am facing a network issue with 3g and 4g network.
The phone is not working in 3g. So how to solve this issue pls tell me anyone

It is best way to update your phone.

Mobile gets heated whenever I turn on my mobile data :(
