After several weeks of use i will say my opinion
First of all, the mobile is a matter of personal choice and needs, for me i'd pick a mid-ranger instead of a flagship for aesthetics and ergonomics, this is why i fell in love with xperia xa
In my hand, it reminds me of the galaxy a5 2015, it is a joy to hold this phone in hand or pocket
Camera is good, front is better than back, and as long as u dont compare it with other sony flagships u will be satisfied
Phone gets never ever hot, even with heavy use
I dont play games so performance is fine with me, never hangs
It has the magnificent advantage of using both sims and sd, no stupid hybrid slot
Battery lasts almost 10-11 hours with wifi always on, i charge overnight and it survives with me fair enough,
It is a very good phone, for light to moderate users, i have no regrets, and i will not change it for a chunky flagship that costs a fortune, this will remain with me till i find another such slim, light and narrow phone with as good specs

    I m planning to buy this phone but I am confuses between xperia xa and HTC desire 10 lifestyle...I like gaming and want better front camera and stylish looks ...plz suggest me what to buy . . .?

      I got one three days ago and i found a folder named "sdcard" containing mc5 game data (sdcard/android/data/com...). What do you think, did they sent me a used item? Should i return my smartphone to snapdeal?
      If anyone has bought recently, please tell me

          i dont understand y people are complaining about the missing volte just because jio is free till march, what happens to it afterwards, are you going to use it or switch back to regular card for data. volte issue is useless

                I ordered one from snapdeal and after unboxing i found 'sdcard' folder in it containing mc5 data (sdcard/android/data/com.gameloft etc).
                Does anyone else has this folder in it or did snapdeal sent me a used item.

                  I am using this phone for 15 days. It was hanging too much. It was because of PlayAppHelper. Just Uninstall this.

                        Pros:

                        1- Slim body. Design and finishing is super. Edge-less, slightly curved edge display (Looks like Samsung Edge) makes it more attractive. As the whole body (you can say) is the Display, having a 5 inch display doesn't make the phone bigger size. It's handy
                        2- Camera (13MP + 8MP) is awesome. (Those who are saying that it's like 8MP + 5MP are advised to change the settings to 13MP + 8MP. Because by default it has been set to 9MP + 5MP. So you have to change the resolution settings to get the Full HD Resolution, otherwise you will hate the camera)
                        3- 2GHz Octacore Processor with 2GB RAM makes the phone very fast. You don't even need the 2 GB of RAM ever
                        4- Excellent Sound quality (Both Loud speaker and earphone). Look at the position of the Speaker. If you are putting your phone on the bed then also the speaker doesn't get coverup.
                        5- Fast Charging
                        6- Also have the separate Camera Button, which is very useful at the time of taking Selfie
                        7- No Hybrid Memory Card slot. You can use both 2 SIM Cards as well as a SD Card
                        8- Sony brand makes more sense with a reliable product quality and service


                        Cons:

                        1- Low battery backup as compare to other Sony devices. Because it has 5 inch HD Display and Mediatek Processor, which consume more power (more cores in the processor means more power consumption). Still battery last for 1 day in normal use (You can but a UCH12 Fast charger, and get 5hr backup in just 10min of charging)
                        2- No VoLTE (You can't even get the VoLTE feature after future software update, as VoLTE is a hardware feature which is not present here). But if you are using JIO SIM then you can make calls through Jio4GVoice App, but you have to Enable the Data for that
                        3- No Front Camera Flash (Camera is too good, no need of Flash)
                        4- Fingerprint Sensor, Gyroscope is not present (Not even required for most of the users. So it does not make any sense)
                        5- Curved Edges. So screen guard doesn't fit on edge perfectly. (But as it has Gorilla Glass, screen not required)
                        6- Internal Memory is 16GB, but you will get only 10.1 GB free for App installation and storage. A major part of this 10.1 GB get consumed very fast by Android system software and Google apps.
                        7- Marshmallow has an option to format your SD Card as Internal memory by which you can use your memory card as internal storage and avoid the problem of Low Internal memory problem. But this feature has been disable in every Sony Xperia Phones.


                        Finally I'll say, it's a very good phone in this price range (Approx Rs 15000/- me Sony apni Jaan to nahi de dega naa apko). So dont worry go for it.

                              Hlo Frnds I'm going to buy this phone. I'm confused between oppo F1s & Xperia XA.
                              Which is better. F1s has Almost Double Features But look wise XA is much better.
                              Plz suggest me any one & why?

                                Bought this device a month ago.
                                PROS:
                                * Stunning, Premium Look and Design
                                * Slim / Thin
                                * Comfort and Handy
                                * Fast Charging Support ( with the bundled charger, it takes 45 mins. to reach 75% from 0%). You can purchase the fast charger for the real fast charging offered by Sony.
                                * Rose Gold variant looks more beautiful ( in my perception)
                                * Good Performance ( 7/10)
                                * Very Good Cameras ( Both Rear and Back ) , but might have little difference in low light conditions. Very good for daylight snaps.
                                * Object Tracking support
                                * Good color and contrast from the display, even though the display is not full HD.
                                * Bezelless ( Edge to edge display )

                                CONS:
                                * Poor battery life. ( Average battery life for moderate users) I f you are a heavy user with 24*7 Internet and Playing games etc., then the battery will last longer for 6 to 7 hrs. But you can turn on Stamina Mode, it will definitely improve battery life than the Normal Mode.
                                * For a normal / moderate use; the phone is okay.
                                * Average or above average Loud Speakers. But clarity is good though.


                                This is my honest review about Xperia XA Dual after a month of use.

                                        after last update i noticed a bug, the back camera autofocus doesn't work well at all, it's slow and sometimes very slow and sometimes it does not work, please sony it has phase dedication autofocus it should be as fast as other x models!!!
