Oth... moreHow gimmick they are, I only want a practical smartphone, the Sony done it very well, Sony have the strongest battery care, basically it won't explode or catching fire like Note7. The stamina mode is the best battery saver. The music is the superb. The camera I know how to take pictures even I am not a photographer. Why should the competitors also do the gimmicks and brain wash people, they should learn from Sony do the most important features not the gimmicks like iris unlock, Super fast charge (meanwhile battery lifespan could be shorter and not reliable), always on screen (complicated to manage it) and etc.

But you can change it by your self.
Touch Setting ---> Display ---> Screen Mode.
Then change it to Basic.

without latest security updates, your device will be the most insecure android in the world.

fyi.. mid ranges a3 and a5 already receive october security update.

Glad that you have find the solution, but I advise you to refer to Sony official site, it is more reliable compare to some perhaps misleading site.
