I looked for solution in internet and find out that this problem was with other sony models as well. People asked for solution in sony official site too. Some of people their suggestions helps, some not. For me not help their suggestions. Just for lucky by chance yesterday I found out how resolve a problem with driver. And now my both computers see phone.
Believe or not believe me, it is your right. For me it is no important. Just like you I don't like trolls, but as well I don't like
exaggerated fans. I don't say that sony, samsung or other phons are bad or extra good. All of them has strong and weak sides and some faults. This is reality.

This is probably due to major financial losses of the past 7 yeare and simply no money left for support or R&D. There is no real or honest help here and its just Sony fanboys promoting and lying here.

Disappointing Camera on this Sony XZ. Its an ok camera, but other cameraphone brands have better photography . I have researched all new flagships extensively online. LG is an interesting option, although Iphone 7 & Galaxy S7 are the winners for best cameraphone. Does anyone here actually own the Sony XZ ?, and what are your personal views. Please, only genuine owners reply, not just online researchers.

Seems like a decent phone, but thats all Sony does now. Other brands like LG are really trying with new ideas and innovations. But Sony is playing it safe with a base model flagship.

Exploding Sony batteries in Dell laptops. Dell is recalling 4.1 million notebook PC batteries that may burst into flames.
The batteries were made by Sony and represented around 15 percent of the batteries the company sold.

Should do manually force driver installation.

not only... moreYou seem not to understand how drivers work. PC is the host which should constantly update, so it needs driver update to recognize newer tech devices.
You seem to lack basic knowledge in software.
Most trolls here lack that anyway, its a burden I know. ;-)

Anonymous, 26 Oct 2016try using another usb cable. maybe there is something wrong... moreNope, it was not a cable problem. It was a driver problem. I found out how resolve it.
Something not allow correct install driver automatically. And this is not an antivirus soft. This issue was on both my computers and on one computer I have not antivirus soft, as well checked an option to turn off antivirus on other computer.
This mean Sony should do some upgrade relating this problem.
Or post what to do, because all their posted old advises not helps. I found out solution by myself.
