Now, I would greatly appreciate if you can share how to do landscape for Z5 Premium for HOME screen. I have gone through all possibilities and yes it does landscape for anything but the home screen despite the setting being there. So I'm open to ideas.
Battery charge, Z3, Z3+, Z5 premium take comparatively long time to charge....but do not last much longer than iPhones if at all for Dual versions with data enabled... Z5 needs a big battery probably just to compensate the screen being so power hungry. But I am a user and you do not impress me with numbers, it is about user experience not spec rivalry.
As I said, I have been a great fan but keep getting disappointed. Out of 5 Sony's in the last 4 years, I have had 2 with screen problems (fixed, read, replaced under warranty). Z5 premium sound is actually lower than Z3 and practically unusable on speakerphone in a slightly noisy environment.
Lastly what I forgot to mention from a user experience, Sony keeps taking things away. e.g., MHL connectivity, sense me (recently removed), home screen rotation although you don't agree, info-eye in camera was there in z3 but not z5. And let's not forget it took an oustraged reaction from users just to get music dark theme....I'm writing this as I hope Sony reads and cares about customers. And I want to keep buying Sony but things are not looking up.

- if you didn't know, Geekbench 4 just released a few days back.
- again you don't have anything to back your comment. All in the Android Authority's SoC comparison they gave snapdragon 801 last place. In some benchmarks (including real life, not just compound) Helio X10 was faster, some SD801. Hence it can be said Hello X10 is in line with OR a little faster than s801.
- Helio X10 isn't a midrange SoC. It's built on the high performance 28nm HPm technology like the Snapdragon 800 series.

Anonymous, 21 Sep 2016This or z5I love XZ, because it have special blue color: Forest blue and the new design and the refining aluminum alloy: Alkaleido body and Qnovo and RGBC-IR and Laser focus and 5 axis stabilizer, 64GB storage, 13MP selfie camera, but Z5 have the strap eyelets and lighter.

Geekbench 3 measures CPU perf... more-You provided Geek-bench 3 scores , Not Geek-bench 4 .
-Yes I do , if you don't think this is reliable site why you are here reading it and arguing with us ?
-So what ? doing few benchmarks in the row is quite a strain on CPU if score was low it's because of thermal throttling , not GA fault .
-I think that XA received an update in meantime , anyway battery sucks big time on that phone .
now few things I've got to say about you :
you are a troll because of :
- first reason : because you are arguing about Z3 and M5 on the XZ page ...why didn't you go on the page where are Z3 or M5 .?
-second reason : You deny scores from the link that I provided , saying that this site is not reliable and giving me link to other much more biased site in which I'm not interested one bit .
-third reason : It's common knowledge to everybody who knows anything about mobile chip sets that SD801 if greatly superior to Helio X10 , I cant't believe that you are that much misinformed , either you are a troll or you know nothing when it comes to chip sets .
-Because of the reasons above you are not worthy of wasting my time to argue with you .

Sony's after sale services might be unreliable but if their phones are built to last then it means there would be no need to visit their service center. I previously had an Xperia C4 with zero issues and now I switched to Z3+ which is a worthy choice.

2. benchmarks results dosent only depend on chipsets,they all so depend on software,android verision,screen,ram etc.. these results are form whole system not just gpu and cpu
3. did you see the video m5 vs z3? i post link and z3 open app faster,same andoid,and software is probably very similar,if is not better on m5 is newer phone
4. s800 i less powerfull then s801,biggets score with s801 is on m8 on this page,m8 has s801 ab version,on z3 is ac version with higher clock on cpu and gpu
if some body has m5 download geekbench 4 run all tests and submit,i will run on z3 and we will see scores
and even if they will be better on m5,its still slower then z3

They retested XA after prolonged use, and it showed how Sonys UI battery intelligence actually works ....
from 40hr out of the box....to 57hr, without any updates.
Funny thing, they never cared to retest and update batterylife of X and X Perfomance the same way....?!
