They retested XA after prolonged use, and it showed how Sonys UI battery intelligence actually works ....

from 40hr out of the box....to 57hr, without any updates.

Funny thing, they never cared to retest and update batterylife of X and X Perfomance the same way....?!

      Geekbench 3 measures CPU performance ONLY. Starting with Geekbench 4 they added GPU composite benchmarks too.
      And you call this site reliable? Lmao.
      All other sites show M5 scoring in the 44k mark in AnTuTu, and only here it's scoring 38k, which is ONLY a mere 2k more than what the M4 Aqua scores?
      And about the accuracy, this site is wrong again.
      First they gave the Xperia XA a 40hr endurance test score. They complained about the poor performance. Then they did a "retest" in which the endurance score suddenly jumped to 57hours. Accurate?

          Certain devices with same SoC are better in performance than other certain devices cause performance does not depend purely on the SoC
          Theres type of RAM, speed of ram IO, UI optimisation, screen size and res, etc,etc to take.into consideration....

                      a dont know difference on 6.0.1. but i know z3 is faster then on 5.1.1.
                      well se just by saying they cam will be simmilar shows that you dont know what are you talking,m5 has not just better front cam,is 5 time better,front cam on z3 is the worst part of the phone
                      it dosent matter is it full hd or is 4k screen,again thats just numbers like the chipsets...
                      m5 dosent have Triluminos display,z3 does,and x reality is better then bravia engine,they put bravia engine on older phones and midrangers
                      important thing on screens is calibration,and technology,not resloution,even 320 ppi on iphone is good
                      people stop looking at numbers,they dont MEAN ANYTHING

                            Sorry Sony, I hope you are reading this. Been an ardent fan for years. Really, had M2, Z3, Z3+, Z5 premium. lot of accessories and wireless speakers as well. My Z5 premium just broke down....screen went bleeding, nfc stopped working, earphones not recognized. My z3 screen also did that.... On the other hand, love the take on Android - no Samsung clutter there. I think I will get another z5 though. In all the new X craze, you have dropped some key things that make a selling proposition. Dual SIM without an SD card...!! With 32 GB left... No 5.5 inch screen....Apple Plus ringing a bell? No MHL support any more....Home screen does not do landscape - was lovely on the Z3. And when are you going to fix the white balance? From the M through to the Z5, it is all cold. Photos are only good after photoshop when one sees they are actually better than Apple's. And why do I need 3 hours to charge the battery? My wife's iPhone 6s charges in less than one. I have advocated Sony for the good take on android, the engineering simplicity and austerity, the dual sim with possibility to expand storage by 200 GB for flac, and then I spent 1 day in a water park with Z5 in my shorts with no problems. And now, no model with dual sim AND SD card, endless caveats on waterproofing, no large screen to match an iPhone plus....I hope there is a Z5 premium replacement coming that does not drop any of the features but improves. Lastly, Sony has always been associated with music as well as photo. But nothing has come in lately on that front. Apart from dropping an iconic Walkman app for the dullest Music ...My Z3 has better sound on speaker than my Z5, even for a call. Anyway, the two cents of a die hard fan....(who feels the age lately).

Sony doesn't need OIS, they have their proprietary 5 axis stabilization (first for a phone) which is better than OIS. Don't believe me? Watch the video samples and the S7 vs XZ video stabilisation vide made by PA.
                              2. The average consumer doesn't give a damn about UFS or USB 3.1
                              3. Sony phones don't have overheat issues. The Z3+ issue was caused by the faulty Snapdragon 810 processor.

                                  If only XZ has bigger battery, has OIS, better in low light camera, has at least 4gb ram resulting in more fluent performance and futureproof, has UFS internal memory resulting in faster loading, USB 3.1, and more attention to details -- more useful features like Chinese brands has, and lastly NOT overheat. Then it will sell like peanuts because those are what consumer wants.... as long as it has great performance, brand and value, then consumer will buy it no matter how much the price is.

                                  Few years before, SONY means EXPENSIVE and QUALITY -- But now, SONY means OVERPRICE with so-so quality.

                                  Hirai's attempts to cut price is a really bad move.

                                    I don't care what people say every bad things about this device,, I'm using Sony for long time, and I believe,, XZ is very good, superb android phone.. Great to use for a long time.. Durable, smooth and solid.. Can't wait for october to buy this beast! Amazing..
