You do not know camera UI has wide variety of megapixel moods
4:3 and 16:9 are choices for shooting photo and video
Go away without having impressive XZ

But when I use it
The camera it's 23mg but it's like 18mg, the CPU Also not like what I see, the battery running out faster and it's restarting so much if I use it much

All I see there is a bunch of some guys complaining about how their photos turn out bad in automode. Probably all using the hard shutter button which they should avoid if they dont want blur.
Go into XZ review here and examine the 23mpx manual mode shots yourself, non of that they complain about there exists on them, even the edge blur is barely visible.
