    It depends how many call you received, if more than 100call daily you receive you can reduce the vibration level or disable on the toggles too. I haven't test it at the showroom but normally won't eat the battery too much.

    Sony audio technology is way better. For XZ2 it bring more sense by the Dynamic vibration system and you can learn from Sony official page, the XZ2 has the loudest Xperia speakers ever. The front facing stereo speakers use S-Force Front Surround to put you in the middle of the music. Sony leading in audio technology, they adopt S-Force Front Surround earlier than competitors and they increase the loudness this time! Without ugly bigger mouths...

    Which is more accurate? Is there a lighting coming toward to your area will you keep connect antenna to read the news? The weather predictive is only a prediction and it is cover for an area that may difference form distance to distance.

        NO Dolby Atmos sound
        Most flagship phones can handle 400gb cards now
        Sony has NO mobile VR headsets, NO VR store, NO VR software
        Sony Remote Play with available PS4 controller connectivity that costs another $600/800 and is NOT mobile and requires wall cables and power....lol
        What expensive engineered inside design ?...thats just plain rubbish...can you prove this ?
        Sony flagship is heaviest and thickest phone in its class. Also the most ugly according to hundreds of Sony fans here.
        I can't see any reason whatever to even consider buying this phone.

          Have a Premium 4k hdr screen that none have, have special premium camera features that none have, have Remote Play with available PS4 controller connectivity that none have, have best and most expensive engineered inside design that none have, etc...
          It is Premium.
          About the rest...has bixby like software, its called google assistant, has advanced stereo sound in Sonys own S force Surround, has most advanced AR features with its AR effect and 3D scanner implementation, has a premium 400gb card slot that those with 128/265 gb do not have, is capable of anything a Daydrem VR phone can offer, and through better supported Cardboard VR that utilises same functional VR+controller sets(Daydream is just a VR suite to sell Googles expensive Daydream VRset, no extra func5i9nality over common Cardboard Suite)

              1. Starting from Xperia Z2 up to the latest XZ premium. They have a prototype AR effect app. Instead of improving the designs. They just didn't care about improving it at all! Even up to now. Xperia XZ premium's dual camera setup is already enough for android ARCore. How come Sony hasn't improved and expand AR technology until apple's ARkit?
              2. Even until now. Sony device isn't daydream capable. If they have Playstation VR for their sony playstation. How come they never design a daydream capable smartphone?
              3. There was Sony's MICRO-LED display. How come they never implemented that screen technology to the mobile phone?
              4. Even until now. Sony has been making giant 6 inch smartphones. How come they never design a 4,000mah to 5,000mah battery smartphone?
              5. This flagship model has a 6GB of ram. How come they never increased the capacity to 128GB to 256GB of internal storage?
              6. If you are gonna offer a product with a "PREMIUM" name in it. The contents and design should be premium. In this years model. The only premium is the 4k resolution, RGB-IR dual camera, the 5.8 inch display, wireless charging, and the dynamic vibration system. Where's the bigger internal storage, the micro-LED display, the bigger battery capacity, the ARCore, The Daydream VR, and even the bixby like software?
              7. The last tablet that sony has released is the Xperia Z4 tablet. After that. They've stopped making tablets! And just so you know, even if its short. There are still some people who love using android tablets. Only samsung, lenovo, acer, asus, and xiaomi is doing the tablet production. Where's the part from sony?
              8. What's the reason for sony to join the back fingerprint scanner? Their last years XZ premium's Fingerprint scanner is placed on the side of the phone. Moving the FPS on the back means you need to lift your phone to unlock the FPS.(P.S. I don't use FPS because of my sweaty hands. I use Pin codes to unlock my phone)
              9. Ever since Xperia Z2. The speakers of the xperia has been a generic stereo speakers. How come they never included in the design of the xperia speakers like the Dolby Atmos Stereo Speaker system instead of this Dynamic Vibration System?
              10. Playstation Vita is now a dead console since sony has stopped making physical PS Vita in 2019.

              Because of the popularity of Nintendo Switch. Sony has forgot to design and make a counterpart for the nintendo switch. Since sony owns both markets. How come they never made a "Xperia Playstation". Where an xperia device can be docked with a controllers similar to vita. And has platform dock with HDMI so you can dock the xperia phone in there and play games on a bigger screen while the controller is in your hands? And from the design itself. It can play both android and playstation portable games! This could have been known as an ultimate portable playstation with smartphone capability!
              11. When it comes to smarphone designs and technological advance. Sony is the slowest to get them all! Imagine, this is the only time of the year which sony has released dual camera, and a wireless charging pad! While other smartphones have those technologies already.
              12. This years design model of the 2018 xperia smartphones looks like crap! Why did they have to move the camera in the middle of the back and the fingerprint scanner below the middle of the smartphone? Just so you know. Since you don't use a case at all. If you dropped your phone on the floor while the screen is facing on you. Did you know that the fingerprint scanner, the camera lens, or even the autofocus sensor may be damage since the position of those hardpoints are so obvious?
              And what's even worst? Why should both the XZ2 and the XZ2 premium be priced at $800 if the design is worst? This should've been atleast $400! Not $800!

You realize that Bixby can be turned off and Google Assistant used instead or permanently switched off. Edged screens are useful for many people. But don’t fret, Sony will eventually catch up and copy this technology.

                You used to say the 4GB ram was useless, but Sony copied. You used to say that rear fingerprint button was useless, but Sony copied. You used to say that dual cameras were useless, but Sony copied.

                The big difference between Sony and Samsung is that most of Sonys add ons are gimmicks. Such as the 4K screen that the human eye can’t even differenate from 1K screen. You don’t like Dax, then don’t use it, some people like Dax.

                Or spend more money on overpriced Sony toys ? Xperia Ear for approx. $200 ? or buy overpriced Sony Xperia Touch or Remote Play.

                Samsung is the leader in Android phones. Although Chinese makers have kinda caught up now, such as Huawai etc. And Sony is number 12/13 in Android popularity and sales now. That’s enough proof alone. And don’t start crying that Sony doesn’t advertise enough. Sony advertises world wide on TV, major sports events, even some schools.

                Its your choice to support Sony phones. A company that has NO International warranty, no real technical support, constant software bugs, even after updates, lacks so many 2018 basic features etc.

                I want a phone that gives me all the options, true International warranty, latest technology, etc, etc. Sony can’t provide that, but many other brands can.

                    are not features of a phone, but addons that have to be paid...you get nothing out of "Dax feature" with the phone alone.
                    And anyways its just a bumped up res bigscreen android UI mode, that Xperia Z4 tab first introduced, and LeenaOS (available to anyone in need of Dax like feat) copied with its app in 2016,
                    and Sammy, as always of course, copied in 2017, and marketed it to heaven and above, so "awed with features" people like you could rubb it into other peoples noses everywhere....
                    Guess what? You want Dex experience? Get any chep android phone, install free LeenaOS UI app of old, buy a 15 buck wireless android to TV deck, attach keyboard and mouse....voila!
                    There.... you just spared extra 600+200 buck for Sammy marketed "awe feature".

                    And anyways....
                    Maybe Xperia users find Xperia Ear or Xperia Touch or Remote Play more usefull.

Samsung doesn't use some super glue that pe... moreThe Samsung adopt the glue on battery to save the battery room space but when the battery inflation the glue must affect the battery because it is fixed, furthermore when teardown the glued battery the battery sealed is broken and this may affect the battery lifespan too, it is also a outdated engineering. The Sony adopt the quality solution that won't broken the battery and it is outstanding!

                        While the sealant for back cover and front display is still fine temporary because you can blow with hot air to remove it, but the sealed battery you can not blow with hot air to remove it, do you understand the sealed battery must have more quality designs!

Samsung doesn't use some super glue that permanently seals the battery to the frame of the phone. It's easy to remove, and original replacement batteries will come with the glue preinstalled, so it's not really a hassle. Sony's method is also fine, although it wastes a little internal space and adds weight.

                          If you think glue is such a terrible idea, please enlighten how Sony sticks the front and rear glass of the XZ2 to its frame. Some sort of magic? Screws?

                                      Why Sony adopted the rear mounted fingerprint reader? Needs another hole on the case, and horrible for my fingers. I own an XZ, side fingerprint reader is perfect.
