It can be charged, but it cannot be reboot. I tried to repair the software by xperia companion. Unsuccessfully!

Ochaboy, 10 Jun 2020Have since the launch, still works without any issues. ;)I can believe this, mine cannot switch on on Feb 2020. Sony replaced with the new one. Today , the new one cannot switch on again. Useless. Not worth with money

Has anyone got same problem with me? Bought this in 2018. In Feb 2020, when i wake up in the morning, my is xz is so hot and cannot switch on. Sony replaced me with the new one in Mac 2020. Today i charged the phone. After 4 hours the battery still not full. So try to switch off the phone but cannot switch on anymore.

Ochaboy, 10 Jun 2020Have since the launch, still works without any issues. ;)I've had it for around the same length of time. However, my headphone jack and the charging port have somewhat stopped working correctly. I guess it had its time and I will be purchasing the Sony Xperia 1 ii.

I bought this phone in 2020 and couldn't be happier with it. It's no too flashy, but has all the features that I actually use daily.

Anonymous, 01 May 2020Its ips lcd and not oled i thought lcd can't get burn in's I don't think it is screen burn as such, more of a damage caused by pressing the power button and volume controls. The result is a yellow semicircle. The strange part is it is only the outside, the inner part of the semicircle is fine. So basically a 1mm wide arc that extends to 1 cm from the edge of the phone

I think it seems worse because I know it's there and look straight at it. In any case I have had this phone 3 years almost and apart from that is still a great phone. But the Sony Xperia 1 M2 looks just to good to not upgrade to.

My phone had the screen burn problem too, apperently it's a common problem of this model. The phone had one month warrenty left, luckily they changed the display and extended the warrenty with 6 months.

An excellent phone, am still using today. However has anybody else got, what seems like screen burn, or at least a yellow tint on the screen next to volume and power bottoms, a very small area?
