Please post correc... moreThe thing that is more rubbish is Samsung giving free AKG earphones inside of the retail box that costs so expensive and produce almost the same sound quality with Sony but Sony with more enhancements and a cheaper price that can blast your bass more than AKG. Now thats trash. Get your facts right

I've been running this phone at full 4k for the last 4 days and it's awesome! I changed the resolution using minimal adb and the battery didn't even take a hit (I thought this thing would die in like 3 hours LOL). About 6 hours SOT with 21% remaining two days ago. I normally get around 5-8 before I changed it so there's not been too much of a difference here.
The difference between 4k and the upscaled 1080p the phone runs by default (except for the sony media apps where it runs at 4k) is that the text (most especially) and UI elements are SUPER CLEAR. I did initially go back to the default mode because the dialer was crashing but I just didn't like it anymore haha. So I searched and found a way to prevent the constant crashing (when making or receiving a call). Now, it's 4k all the way.
I don't play mobile games by the way.... all those in app purchases and unnecessary ads or always online requirements have long chased me away. I use the phone for calls, emails, various social networks (no facebook but snapchat contributes to killing my battery a lot HAHA), MUSIC, some photography and a little web browsing from time to time.

AnonD-682832, 07 Jul 2017Yeah I wish it was a metal, not a fan of glass phoneYeah metal sucks, tbh Oneplus 5 is metal and check out the durability video where the guy does a sketching on the back cover of Oneplus 5 with a razor blade. Metals are only good for side but glass back is more durable as it doesn't get scratched, or use a matte case from slipping it off. If the glass become smashed it can be replaceable unlike the metal structure which stays dented forever.

Sony makes the world mobile tech innovations nowadays look pretty damn good.

I use those, and they indeed provide excellent volume, bass and noiseless sound for a really, really good price.

Man I wish Sony flagship phones had Oxygen OS like Oneplus has, and apply dark theme on the operating system without installing a shady custom ROM. But Sony beats all other flagship on design and spec and should more focus on android operating system and allow us to modify how the phone should look, feel and perform.

Are you sure!? Even less than 16 ohm?Those are expensive.
But trust me, youll be more than satisfied wih loudness and clearness of 16ohm inear Sony ones for 15-20 bucks.
Get one of those and enjoy Sonys premium sound and especially dsse hx enhancements.

An Small And Little Tips For You Phone Maintenance, Try Not To Use Your Phone While You Charging The Phone, Cause it Damage Your Battery Slowly and Lower Your Battery Performance While You Don't Have any ideas Why Your Phone's Battery Backup Becoming Lower After 5/6 Month. And These Who Got This Problem issue, try this small maintenance And Hopefully If You Try This you will understand What wrong you was done that create that problem, and hopefully after that you will Find This Post By Scrolling & Give an Thumps-Up. And Another Advice There Are Not That Much Of Deference between 4k and 1080p In case of an 6 inch device. For 40+ Inch Display Panel 4k is Make deference, and people will agree in this case that there are not that much of 4k content Like movies video in the web Now, So keep the display res to 1080p will give you more battery backup as 4k consume the battery much. My Laptop is touch 4k display with nvidia 960m gpu, and i do know how much battery backup the 4k res take. Keeping the res to 1080p give me 4 hr extra backup while 4k give 3/4 Hour, the 1080 p res give me 7-8 hr backup.

I just got this model last month and after being a Samsung fan-girl for nearly 5 years I am so glad I switched. This phone is fast, durable and functions like a champ. The battery life is outstanding even for a heavy user like myself, the screen is crisp and clear and the sound is better than on my tablet. My ONLY complaint is the fact that it is literally wrapped in gorilla glass. It makes it more durable and water resistant yes but it also makes it very prone to smudge and fingerprint residue. Meaning, unless you are wiping it down obsessively it looks dirty all the time. But really is that a serious complaint? The pro's definitely outweigh the cons in my opinion.

Just had it for 3 days. No over heat, fast, smooth, fast and great camera, for battery life perhaps too early to comment as I was only using for light use so far and battery still adjusting to my pattern.Looks like 6 to 8 hrs screen on easy.
