I just got this model last month and after being a Samsung fan-girl for nearly 5 years I am so glad I switched. This phone is fast, durable and functions like a champ. The battery life is outstanding even for a heavy user like myself, the screen is crisp and clear and the sound is better than on my tablet. My ONLY complaint is the fact that it is literally wrapped in gorilla glass. It makes it more durable and water resistant yes but it also makes it very prone to smudge and fingerprint residue. Meaning, unless you are wiping it down obsessively it looks dirty all the time. But really is that a serious complaint? The pro's definitely outweigh the cons in my opinion.

Premium Design & feel, flawless performance, superior camera, gorgeous display and SONY's life blog keeping track of entire activity.

Just had it for 3 days. No over heat, fast, smooth, fast and great camera, for battery life perhaps too early to comment as I was only using for light use so far and battery still adjusting to my pattern.Looks like 6 to 8 hrs screen on easy.

Xperia XZ Premium is an awesome phone.... good battery, flawless, superfast and doesn't heat up... best phone ever....
many reviews seem to be vague because the negatives highlighted is all contradictory and is no in anyway in line to XZP

Crashes? Blank? Slower than z3? The sd 835+adreno 540 alone are faster than 801+adreno 330 moreover it has more ram and ufs 2.1 (z3 use emmc)
Overheat? XZP has no overheating issue at all, JUST SLIGHTLY WARM even 4K recording or Heavy gaming. Gsma itself state that and tons of reviews proved that
dude, the way you said that this next gen phone is rubbish compare to old gen Z3 that serve you good for years is nonsense and indicates that either you don't own the XZP or you just buy the copy.
An Original is made to last, just like your original z3 while a copy is made to pretend.

Totally rubbish phone keeps crashing it runs slower than my z3 interface is annoying quite often screen blanks and about 2minutes later i have to switch it on. About 5minutes use and it gets hot. My z3 way better than this garbage. On contract hopefully i can return this get refund and stay with my z3.
