I've always been an advocate of Sony mobile, but I haven't bought anything from them since their Z2 release. Their advancements in camera and screen quality has come at the cost of size and battery endurance. I favour endurance of quick charge, the fewer visits I make to the charger, the less effort for me as a consumer and the longer my battery will last before replacement. They seriously need to work on limiting their screen real estate to rival what their competitors are able to squeeze in to their handsets (JDI has got to deliver their ROI to Sony soon or risk being forever out of touch from their competitors; they're already late), and address the power consumption of their new features.

    In phonearenas screen on time test it did 8:15h versus 8h on the s8+.

            This one on the other hand is proof S8 doesnt have any battery longeivity prolongation solution such as qnovo or battery care, which is claimed in their marketing.
