You bashed them instead of admitting or give them solution! I used s8 and right, s8 has weaknesses. Very late updates and weird fingerprint place, but i dont think glass back is fragile because it makes phone can wireless charging. So now you know why xz1 dont have wireless charging, but most weird is having glass back but dont have wireless charging, if you know what i mean, or which phone i talked about.....

Looking forward to seeing the next Sony flagship. Have a feeling it will follow XA2 line design, slightly reduced bezels with fp scanner on the back. Hoping they add RAW & OIS to the camera.

maybe they still very proud of theirself, they dont realize now the competitors can easily surpass them in tech.
their pride is too high, it's hard for them to admit their mistake and apologize to the users. they choose to argue with costomers, instead of quickly apologize and fix the bug

he sent it for repair and it solved the problem. somebody in there also got his motherboard replaced, and it solved the problem too.
So it's a hardware problem and doesnt happen to all units. and it's not related to the Gallery app.

Sony has many division, each division is a company that have to make profit. There is sony semiconductor and solution that makes camera sensors, its a healthy and innovative company. Its not under Sony mobile(one who makes phones) supervision.

Its only about their skills to make a phone. And i will prove how bad it is later.
Meanwhile, others dont have tech as good as Sony, but their skills is great.
For example, camera. Sony got the best sensors, but they dont do anything. Meanwhile others, make it bigger apperture, add OIS and better lenses, make it dual set up, and build proper software.
